Thank you for sharing what is weighing on your heart so openly. The sense of being blocked, of having good things diverted or taken by others, and the sorrow that comes with financial pressure and strain at work and in relationships is very real, and God sees it fully.
Scripture shows that even when something looked incurable under the law, God still made a way for cleansing and restoration. He left room for Himself to work and to do what no one else could do. That is a reminder not to put God in a box. What feels fixed or impossible to you is not impossible to Him. He is able to take what others have meant for harm and turn it for good, and to bring His purposes to pass in your life as you look to Him in faith.
The foundation for all of this is the one provision God has made for forgiveness and for coming near to Him. There is only one way our sin and guilt are put away, and that is through Jesus Christ, His Son, and His blood shed for us. Just as those who were bitten were told simply to look at what God had lifted up and live, we are called to look to Jesus in faith and live. The Holy Spirit bears witness to this truth in our hearts. If you have not already, place your trust fully in Jesus alone for salvation. It is His blood that covers, cleanses, and secures you forever, and it is on that ground we can come boldly to the Father with every other need.
You asked about work, income, and business. God honors diligence and honesty. Scripture teaches that slackness tends toward poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich, and that the one who gathers in season acts wisely. God delights in honest dealings, in just weights and fair measures, and He calls His people to be upright and straightforward in business, even when others say you cannot succeed that way. Dishonest gain and perverse dealings may seem to prosper for a moment, but they do not last and they do not profit in the day of God's judgment. Righteousness is what delivers. A good reputation built on honesty will speak for itself over time. Pray for grace to be diligent where God has placed you now, to do your work faithfully, to pay and to treat others fairly, and to seek workers who are honest and faithful as well.
God also understands financial hardship. The early believers in Jerusalem knew deep poverty and severe trials, yet they also knew great joy, and even in their poverty they gave generously to help others. God does not want you to be driven by manipulative appeals or by the pressure to borrow or strive in ways that dishonor Him. He wants you to walk in trust, bringing your needs to Him, working faithfully with your hands, and leaving the outcome to Him.
Jesus as a young man said He must be about His Father's business. He did not say He ought to or should, but that He must. That was the burden and purpose of His life, to do the will of the Father. That is the pattern for us as well. Above the desire for a better job, for another income, for business success, or even for small daily provisions, seek first to be about the Father's will. You may be in your current workplace for such a time as this. God often places His people in a difficult place not by accident but for a purpose, and He can bring deliverance and enlargement from another quarter in His own time. Ask Him to show you how to serve Him faithfully right where you are, to find joy in the work itself, and to make it clear when it is the right time to leave and to do so in a positive and peaceful way.
As you seek Him, make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires, but put on the Lord Jesus Christ and walk by the Spirit in purity, holiness, and truth. Keep your heart and hands clean before Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to You for this child of Yours. Thank You for the one provision You have made for sin through the blood of Jesus. Let that assurance be settled and strong. We ask that You would leave room to work mightily in this life, to heal what feels incurable, to turn what the enemy has meant for evil into good, and to bring Your will to pass without fear or worry.
Lord, You see the strain at work and the sense of being surrounded and taken from. We ask for Your protection and for justice according to Your wisdom. Where there has been dishonesty or stealing, bring truth to light in Your way and time. Give peace, and where possible, restore what has been taken. Grant joy in daily work, wisdom for each task, and clear guidance about remaining and about leaving at the right time in the right way.
Father, lift this sorrow and provide for every need according to Your riches in Christ. Open a door for honest income that meets needs and allows generosity to others. For the desire to see businesses established, grant diligence, honesty, and favor. Provide the right workers, help to pay them well and fairly, and let all dealings be marked by integrity that delights You.
Bring into this life the family and friendships that are truly good and according to Your will, relationships marked by love, truth, and mutual encouragement. Remove influences that divert from Your best, and establish permanently what is of You. Let Your perfect will be done, and let Your peace guard heart and mind.
