Beloved of All
Please pray for my sister. She has been acting hatefully. When we are home alone, she blares cursing music, dance provocatively, and laugh hysterically. She slams doors, knocks food and items over, and purposely leave the freezer open. I have been going in the back of the house and trying to basically hide in the bathroom. For a few minutes, the good person will appear, but then she is back to acting hateful. When someone comes back, she stops like she was never doing anything. She was doing the same thing with another relative until they told her she would have to leave. She gets especially mad if we hear good news about a family member or if she finds out good news about me.

We are deeply grieved to hear of the turmoil in your home and the distress your sister’s behavior is causing. This is not merely a matter of sibling conflict, it is a spiritual battle, one that reveals a heart in need of God’s healing and truth. The Scripture warns us, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing" (James 3:16 WEB). What you describe, envy over good news, deliberate provocation, and a double life of outward pretense, points to a deeper rebellion against godly order and peace.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of strife, jealousy, and deception operating in this situation. The Word of God declares, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB). Your sister’s actions are not just emotional outbursts; they are manifestations of a heart that has hardened itself against love, humility, and the fear of the Lord. We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ over every spirit of division, bitterness, and rebellion, commanding it to flee and loose its grip on her soul.

We also recognize that this behavior is not only harmful to you but is grieving the Holy Spirit, who dwells in believers. If your sister professes faith in Christ, her actions are a contradiction to the fruit of the Spirit, which is "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control" (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). If she does not know Christ, then her behavior reflects the natural state of a heart without God, "There is no fear of God before their eyes" (Romans 3:18 WEB). Either way, she is in desperate need of salvation, repentance, and transformation.

We must also address the sin of envy, which appears to be at the root of her outbursts. The Bible is clear: "A sound heart is the life of the flesh, but envy rots the bones" (Proverbs 14:30 WEB). Her reaction to good news about others reveals a heart that is not content in God’s will but is instead consumed by comparison and resentment. This is a dangerous path, for "where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work" (James 3:16 KJV). We pray that the Lord would break the power of envy in her life and replace it with a spirit of gratitude and joy for others’ blessings.

Now, let us come before the throne of grace on your sister’s behalf, lifting her up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and the only name by which we have access to You. Lord, we lift up this young woman to You, knowing that You love her with an everlasting love. We ask that You would break the chains of rebellion, strife, and envy that have taken hold of her heart. Father, Your Word says that "if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). We pray that You would draw her to Yourself, that she would surrender her heart to Jesus and experience the new life that only He can give.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of deception that has blinded her to the truth of her actions. We ask that You would convict her of sin, not to shame her, but to lead her to repentance. Your Word says, "The Lord’s kindness leads to repentance" (Romans 2:4 WEB), so we pray that she would feel the weight of her sin and turn to You for forgiveness and restoration. Father, we ask that You would soften her heart and fill it with Your love, so that she no longer seeks to tear others down but instead builds them up in Christ.

We also pray for wisdom and strength for her family. Lord, it is clear that this situation is causing great distress, and we ask that You would give them the courage to speak the truth in love. Your Word instructs us, "Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted" (Galatians 6:1 WEB). We pray that her family would not enable her behavior but would instead lovingly confront her with the truth, setting boundaries that reflect Your holiness and grace.

Father, we ask that You would protect the hearts of those in the home from bitterness, fear, and despair. Your Word says, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23 NIV). We pray that they would not be overcome by the chaos but would instead find their peace and strength in You. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling their home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Finally, Lord, we pray for a miracle of transformation. We believe that nothing is impossible for You, and we ask that You would do a mighty work in her life. May she come to know You as her Savior and Lord, and may her home become a place of love, joy, and peace. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

To you, dear one, we say this: You are not alone in this battle. The enemy seeks to use your sister’s behavior to bring fear, confusion, and division into your home, but God has not given you a spirit of fear. Instead, He has given you "a spirit of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Do not allow her actions to provoke you to sin or to respond in kind. Instead, stand firm in your faith, trusting that God sees your suffering and will bring justice and healing in His time.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, not only for your sister but for your own heart. It is easy to grow weary and discouraged in such circumstances, but remember the words of Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Find your rest in Him, and trust that He is working even in the midst of this trial.

If your sister’s behavior escalates to the point of physical danger or if she refuses to repent, it may be necessary to involve godly counsel or even authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the home. The Bible instructs us to "have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them" (Ephesians 5:11 NIV). This does not mean you should respond with hatred or malice, but rather with a commitment to truth and righteousness, even if it requires difficult decisions.

Lastly, we urge you to examine your own heart and ensure that you are not harboring bitterness or resentment toward your sister. The Scripture warns us, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15 NIV). Pray for her with a sincere heart, asking God to soften yours as well. Your love and prayers for her may be the very thing that God uses to draw her to repentance.

May the Lord bless you with His peace, strengthen you with His power, and fill you with His hope as you trust in Him. Remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18 NIV). He sees your pain, and He will not leave you comfortless. Stand firm in faith, and watch what He will do.

It’s exhausting and frightening to live with someone whose behavior changes so drastically when you’re alone. The way your sister acts, slamming doors, knocking things over, and targeting you when no one else is around, has understandably driven you to hide in the bathroom just to feel safe. Many of us have felt that kind of disorienting anxiety in our own homes, and we’re so sorry you’re carrying this.

What you’ve described often has deep roots. When someone rages against a sibling’s good news or shows a sudden switch when others return, it can signal a long‑standing rivalry or a wound that festers in isolation. That doesn’t excuse her behavior, it’s harmful and wrong, but it may help to see her fury less as something you caused and more as a storm spilling out from something going on inside her. You aren’t to blame for her choices.

We want you to know we’re praying for you, but we’d also gently ask: who else knows the full picture? You shouldn’t have to hide in your own home. The relative who drew a boundary gave you a real‑life example of what protecting your space can look like. If it’s safe to do so, you might try to talk with a trusted family member, a pastor, or a wise friend and explain what’s happening when you two are alone. You don’t have to navigate this in secret. Even a simple plan, like arranging to leave the house when she starts in, or having someone call and check on you, can give your heart some breathing room.

Lord Jesus, in Your name we lift up this weary sister. Shelter her from the chaos around her. Guard her mind and body while she lives in the same house, and give her wisdom to seek help and set boundaries that honor her safety and dignity. We ask You to intervene in her sister’s heart, untangle whatever jealousy, pain, or darkness drives this, and bring her to a place of clarity and peace. Surround this whole family with people who will speak truth and offer steady support. In Your strong, gentle name we pray, amen.

Your sister has devils, and they can only be casted out in the name of Jesus. According to the Master one of the signs that will follow them that have believed upon Jesus is that they will cast out devils, Mark 16:17. I have done deliverance ministry for many years, and deliverance of a person who has devils can take minutes, hours, or even days. It all depends on how many devils the person has, and the hierarchy of the devils. With that said every devil has to bow at the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are NO exceptions to that rule. With that said may deliverance be done with your sister in person if at all possible, or on the phone in real time. In Jesus' name! Amen!

The torment you describe bears the unmistakable stamp of the power of darkness. When a soul is given over to such outbursts, cursing music, wild laughter, wanton gestures, spite against joy, it is sin revealing its chained ferocity. Yet you are not left to despair. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and He can deliver her. Remember, hatred of evil is a grace. You do well to recoil, but let your hatred be fixed upon the sin, not the sinner. Hate it with a perfect hatred, even as you plead for her soul. That she hides her malice when others are near shows the Enemy’s cunning, but it also proves the conscience is not dead. The voice of Infinite Mercy can yet snap her bands and set her free.

Consider this affliction as a chastening hand upon you both, permitted by a Father who does all things well. The Lord chastens sorely, but it is not punishment, Christ has borne that. This is a furnace where faith is refined. Do not flee into the bathroom merely to hide; let that quiet place become a sanctuary of prayer. Cry out that God would deliver her from going down to the Pit, and trust that He has found a ransom. The blood of the Substitute is mightier than all her frenzy. When the good news of another’s blessing stokes her rage, see the arrow of the Evil One seeking to quench hope. But he who shot that arrow at David after his sin could not keep him from cleansing. Declare the works of the Lord: “I shall not die, but live.” Even now, your steadfast spirit in this storm is a declaration.

Guard your own heart earnestly. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit by giving way to fear or by returning wrath for wrath. Let your jealousy for Christ be cruel as the grave, cut off every hint of sin in yourself, lest you become a target. And when peace returns for those few minutes, be quick to speak a gentle word of Christ’s love. She knows not that her hatred is without a cause, just as the world hated Him. Yet you are called to remember that you too were once delivered from the fascinating power of sin, not by your own strength but by a gift of Divine Love. So stand in the gap. The noise of archers may roar around the watering places of your home, but the Lord gives songs of deliverance. Go forth from the bathroom, not to confront in the flesh, but to let the light of your calm trust in Jesus shine. He will either tame this madness or make you more than conqueror through it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The trial you endure at the hands of your sister is no small thing; the enemy of our souls stirs up her heart to vex and frighten you. Yet I charge you, do not give way to despair or flee in terror as one without hope. The bathroom is not your refuge; the Most High is your fortress. When she blares that foul music and dances as one possessed, remember that her laughter is not joy but the mockery of demons who delight in her turmoil. She knows to hide these things when others draw near, for the devil is a coward and loves darkness. But you are never alone; Christ stands with you in that very room.

Do not repay her hatred with hatred, nor her raging with sharp words of your own. The kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Therefore, when she rages, call upon the name of the Lord. Cry out from your heart, “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.” Let the sign of the cross be your shield, and your silence a louder reproof than any shouting. The evil one kindles strife because he cannot endure peace. Be a peacemaker in that house, and you shall be called a child of God.

Yet I do not counsel you to bear this burden in secrecy forever. The Apostle bids us bear one another’s burdens, and the Church is a hospital for souls. Seek out a godly elder or a deacon of proven faith, and make known this trouble. Let them pray over your sister, and if it be necessary, let them speak to her with the authority of Christ’s body. A wound hidden only festers; brought into the light, it may be cleansed. She may rage the more for a time, but do not fear the noise; the prayers of the righteous avail much.

Wonder not that she becomes enraged at good news. The wicked one envies every blessing God bestows, and through her he spews his venom. When you hear of God’s goodness to you or your family, you see her fury because the dragon hates to see the image of God shining in His servants. Rejoice, then, that you are counted worthy to suffer these things for righteousness’ sake. The martyrs were not hated for their faults but for the light that blazed in them.

Now, above all, pray for her deliverance. God is He who made the world from nothing; can He not remake a soul? He calmed the raging sea with a word; can He not quiet the storm in your sister’s breast? Do not limit His power. Even now, I join my supplication to yours: O Lord, lover of mankind, who dost not will the death of a sinner, look upon this woman held captive by bitter passions. Break the chains of the enemy, and grant her repentance unto life. Give to Thy handmaid patience and unfeigned love, that she may overcome evil with good. Restore peace to that afflicted house, that the dove of the Spirit may find a resting place. For Thou art a God of peace, and to Thee we send up glory, with Thy Father and the All-Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.
