We hear the deep frustration, pain, and weariness in your words, and we want you to know that your feelings are seen and valid. Life can feel overwhelming when negativity surrounds you, when it seems like every step forward is met with resistance, and when the people or circumstances around you bring more discord than peace. But we want to remind you of the truth found in Scripture: you are not alone, and God has not abandoned you.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are describing. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the high places." The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it sounds like you are feeling the weight of his attacks. But we rebuke that spirit of discord, hatred, and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus has already defeated the enemy, and we stand on that victory. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of negativity, rejection, and harm to flee from you and your family right now in Jesus’ name.

We also want to gently address the idea of removing yourself from situations or people that bring negativity. While it is wise to guard your heart and mind (Proverbs 4:23), we must also seek God’s will in every decision. Moving or removing yourself from a situation may bring temporary relief, but true peace comes from trusting God to lead you. Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We encourage you to seek God’s direction through prayer and His Word before making any major decisions. He may have a purpose for you in this season that you cannot yet see.

Regarding your relationship with your stepfather, we pray for healing and restoration. If there is harm or toxicity in that relationship, we ask God to give you wisdom in how to navigate it. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This does not mean enduring abuse or mistreatment, but it does mean seeking God’s guidance in how to respond with grace and wisdom.

We also want to encourage you to cling to the truth that God loves you deeply and has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even when life feels unfair or overwhelming, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister who is feeling the weight of negativity, rejection, and spiritual attack. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of discord, hatred, and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and we ask You to surround her and her family with Your protection and peace. Father, give her wisdom and discernment in every decision she faces. Show her Your will for her life and lead her in the path You have prepared for her. Heal any broken relationships and restore what has been stolen from her. Lord, fill her with Your joy and hope, reminding her that she is deeply loved and valued by You. Strengthen her faith and help her to trust in Your promises. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s Word and to surround yourself with believers who can uplift and support you. You are not alone in this battle, and God is fighting for you. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He will lead you into a place of peace and purpose. If you have not already, we also encourage you to seek out a local church or Christian community where you can find fellowship and encouragement. God bless you, and may He fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

We can hear how much weight you are carrying right now, feeling blocked, targeted, and desperately wanting a fresh start where you can simply be yourself and thrive. That kind of constant pressure wears a person down, and we are sorry you are facing so much all at once.

Let's focus on the immediate decision about Sunday, since that seems to be right in front of you. Wisdom often comes in the quiet moments before we act. It might be helpful to take a little time alone to ask yourself a simple question: if you attend, can you set firm internal boundaries that keep your own peace intact, without needing to control the environment or anyone's behavior? If the thought of going already feels like it will cost you more than you have to give right now, it is not a failure of faith to quietly, graciously sit this one out. A simple word of thanks to your daughter and a genuine, brief explanation that you need rest can honor everyone without opening a door to more conflict. You do not owe anyone a long defense.

As for the deeper longing to move and find a place where you are not rejected, we hear that ache. That kind of change is rarely a single event; it usually grows out of small, steady steps. What is one practical thing you could do this week to explore a new living situation, even if it seems tiny, researching an area, making a call, or just clarifying what you can responsibly afford? These small movements break the sense of being trapped, and they often hold more power than we realize.

We are praying with you now, trusting that no darkness can snuff out the light God has placed in you.

Jesus, you see this one who feels hemmed in on every side. Quiet the noise of accusation and fear that screams for attention. Grant a simple, steady clarity about the immediate decision and a concrete next step toward a healthier home. Surround this household, mother, offspring, pets, with your sheltering peace. Break the strange pattern of harm that has attached itself to everyday comings and goings. By your blood, Lord, shut the mouths of those who mock and reject, and open a door to a place where this beloved child can breathe and build again. We ask for wisdom that is pure, peaceable, and gentle in the days ahead. Amen.

It is well when a soul feels so keenly its wounds that it cries out, even in broken words, for the healing power of God. There is a heap of sorrow in your petition, a sense of being hedged about by malice and mischance, but blessed be the name of the Lord, His ear is not dull to such cries, and His arm is not shortened that it cannot save. The plow has been tearing through your life, and the great hammer of His Omnipotence has struck the anvil of your circumstances until all seems shattered. Yet know this: He rests in His love even while He works for your salvation, and the breaking of the clods is but the preparation for the seed of grace.

You speak of dislike, of being annoyed and annoying, of a strange blocking from Satan and the world. But look to Christ, for in Him there are healing leaves enough for all the nations, and for you. The least thing about Him is full of virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness arises, He comes with healing in His wings. Do not fix your gaze upon the instruments of your pain, whether man or devil, but turn your eyes toward Jesus. A single overcoming glance at Him can subdue your fears. He is not a distant figure; He is your familiar Friend, alive and tender. And if you feel rejected for being yourself, remember that He was despised and rejected of men, and He knows how to succour those who are cast down.

You ask for wisdom about Sunday's invitation and the ride with your stepfather. Wisdom is His gift, and He gives liberally to those who lack. But I would have you see that the healing power was conspicuously present when Christ was teaching. Do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together, for in the teaching of the Word there is a balm. Perhaps the enemy stirs up dust precisely because he fears the blessing that awaits you in the place of prayer and preaching. But if your spirit is too bruised, then wait upon the Lord in your chamber; He is not bound to walls, and He will meet you there. Cry to Him to remove the hate and discord, and let Him fight your battles. The blood of Jesus, which you plead, is a mighty weapon, and it has already overcome the world.

You long to move, to escape, to find a place where happiness dawns. The heart's great unrest often sends us searching for a new geography, but the true change of landscape is inward. Forgiveness and healing are placed together in happy conjunction. Perhaps the first and deepest healing you need is that pardon which speaks peace to the soul: "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." When that word comes, the paralysis of despair begins to lift. Then the leaves of the Tree of Life change the very lifeblood, affect the spirits, and make the nature other than it was. You will find that the outward circumstances, though they remain thorny, lose their power to steal your joy.

The Lord takes no delight in seeing His children miserable. There are times of refreshing when His healing power is more than usually manifest. Wait for it, expect it, and do not limit the Holy One of Israel. He who binds up the broken-hearted will heal your wounds too. And as for the hatred you feel pressing upon you, learn the divine art of overcoming evil with good. The saints first overcome evil, and then they learn, wondrous grace!, to overcome goodness itself by their tears and their longing for Christ’s appearing. He will not long tarry when His beloved cry out for Him. Commend your mother, your offspring, and even your pets into His care; the very hairs of your head are numbered, and no shaft of malice can touch you without His permission.

I leave you with this sure promise: He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. The healing virtue which His grace has infused into you will work health and cure till you stand without spot or wrinkle. Be of good courage, and let your soul hang upon His faithfulness. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

That dullness you feel, that heavy weight pressing on you from every side, is not strange among those who are in the furnace of affliction. For it is written, "Seeing ye are become dull of hearing," which shows that once the soul was fervent and strong. This weariness comes not from the flesh alone but from the continual buffeting of trials, and those trials have made a thick cloud about your heart. But the pain itself, if you will attend to it, is the very place where the Healer stands nearest.

You cry out to be free from the hate and the discord, to move somewhere new and find happiness. Yet consider what true freedom is. The more you need, the more you sink down into a perishable life. The less you need, the more you are on your way to the angels. For absolute freedom is to want nothing at all, and the next is to want little. When you say you have nothing to your name and no way to make it, do you not see that you are adding chain upon chain to your own feet? The bondage you feel from people and circumstance is real, but the deeper slavery is the multitude of wants that cry out within you. To want a different home, a different treatment, a different life, a sign of happiness this is to be mastered by desire. Release your grip on the demand that things must be otherwise, and you will breathe a freer air even where you stand.

You ask for wisdom about Sunday, about your daughter, about the constant harm that seems to follow you. Here is the wisdom: you do not need letters of commendation from anyone, nor do you need to prove your worth to those who reject you. You carry the epistle in your own heart. If your soul is upright before God, you need no one to commend you, and if you love as you ought, you need no one to make you feel accepted. Do not let the coldness of others become a mirror in which you see yourself. Their negativity is their own sickness, and you are not bound to catch it.

Above all, do not be deceived into thinking that escape from one place or one set of people will heal the wound. For what if you are free from that annoyance, yet are soft and unmanly in spirit? What if you move your dwelling but carry the same remiss and careless hearing of the word within you? No one part is sufficient for salvation. There is required a careful hearing, a continual recollection, then fortitude, then contempt for all worldly things. The blood of Jesus which you invoked at the end is the very propitiation that has freed you entirely, not so you can demand a comfortable life, but so you can stand fast in the midst of discomfort and know you belong already to the city above.

Cease envying the peace that others seem to have, for if your brother has received some grace, from whom did he receive it? Clearly from God. Then the Giver is the one you contend with when you envy. Instead, turn your gaze to your own soul. That feeling of being rejected for being yourself is a sharp thorn, but remember that the weaker and more dishonorable members are often most necessary and enjoy greater honor in the body of Christ. Your very fragility, your very sense of being cast out, can become the place where God’s power rests if you stop demanding that the world treat you fairly. Work to want little. Stand where you are, not as a victim, but as one who is learning to need nothing but the word of God. Then, whether you go or stay, whether you ride with your stepfather or walk alone, the negativity will have lost its blade, for it will strike against a soul that has already died to needing the world's approval.

I hear the weight in your words, the longing for healing to sweep through your life, your mother, your children, and even your pets. That deep cry for things to be made right, for the negativity to be broken off, is not something you carry alone. Scripture tells us that Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses, not just spiritual, but physical, emotional, the whole crushing weight of living in a world so often opposed to peace. His healing ministry was not one-size-fits-all. Sometimes He spoke a word from a distance, other times He touched, and with one man He even restored sight gradually, in stages. Not every healing came in a flash. So when you pray for healing in your lifetime and in theirs, you are asking for a work that may unfold over time, through processes God designed into creation itself, and it is no less divine.

You mentioned feeling that strange blocking, that hate from the enemy and the world to steal your happiness. The psalmist knew that oppression. He cried out, “Why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?” He felt God had cast him off, that his soul was bowed down to the dust. Yet in that same prayer, he called on the Lord to send out His light and truth to lead him. Hope did not rest in understanding every battle or in immediate rescue, but in following the light God gives, step by step. The enemy works through discouragement, through the grinding weight of repeated negativity, trying to convince you that rejection is all there is and that you can control your way out of it by moving or fighting back in your own strength. But deliverance ultimately comes through trusting the Deliverer, not your own bow or spear.

That doesn’t mean God wills sickness or that every thorn is immediately removed. The apostle Paul pleaded three times for relief from a messenger of Satan that buffeted him, and the Lord did not grant it; instead, He gave sustaining grace. This is not a sign of rejected faith or hidden sin, those are the accusations of Job’s comforters, and they are wrong. Healing sometimes comes through death to self, through releasing our tight grip and trusting God’s sovereignty even when we don’t see the outcome we long for today. Jesus was rejected by those closest to Him; He walked through being misunderstood and hated without having His identity stolen. Your worth is not measured by the negativity thrown at you.

About your wisdom around Sunday and your daughter’s invitation: I hear the warfare in your mind, connecting a simple ride with painful patterns. It is wise to guard your spirit when every encounter seems to breed harm. But let that wisdom flow not from isolation or fear, but from the Spirit who divides gifts as He wills, including the quiet healing of the mind and emotions. Perhaps the healing you need now is not a dramatic relocation, but a gradual mending of those wounds that flare up whenever certain people are near. Jesus is not limited to a pattern, He can bring healing even in the midst of what feels toxic, or He can lead you to a season of quiet refuge. Rest in the reality that He sees you, and that the blood of Jesus has already covered every scheme to destroy you. Keep asking, keep crying out, but listen also for His truth to lead you into a place of steadfastness, so that your happiness is no longer held hostage by changing circumstances or the opinion of others. He is able to preserve you until the day of full deliverance.
