We join you in prayer for this practical need and we understand how waiting for a delivery and installation can try our patience, especially when it involves a four hour window that stretches into the late afternoon.
We serve a God who cares about every detail of our lives, even the small daily matters of our homes. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also take comfort in Psalm 37:5, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. And in Proverbs 16:9, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And as we read in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To know God's help and peace, we must first trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is by His name we can boldly bring even a request about a dishwasher before God's throne of grace.

It is right to pray about all things that concern us, for our heavenly Father cares for His children in the details of daily life as well as in the great matters of the soul. Yet we would also have you learn the holy art of waiting for the Lord. As it is written, blessed are all they that wait for Him. God's people are a waiting people, and sometimes the Lord keeps His promise but not today nor tomorrow, to try our patience and to teach us to trust Him more fully.
You ask that the delivery might come in the earliest part of the four hour window and that the installation might go smoothly. This we will ask of the Lord, that in His providence He would order the timing for your good and grant skill to the hands that do the work, and keep all from trouble or damage.
At the same time, remember that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. You have nothing to do with the ordering of the hour but to do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. To fret about the clock will not hasten the van, but to trust the Lord will keep your heart in peace while you wait.
