Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,
Amen

Vice of Speech
Every lie dishonors God and demands we speak and live with absolute truthfulness.
The Importunate Widow
Persistent prayer moves God’s heart, so keep asking and never give up.
Thirty Minutes in Heaven
Silence in heaven honors patience and calls us to trust God in our struggles without rushing to defend ourselves.
We join you in this prayer and we thank God for your heart that seeks truth and shows patience and kindness even in the midst of hardship. We praise Him with you for His presence in your lives, for fighting for you, and for the sacrifice of the cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for us sinners. We agree with you that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, as He said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Your concern over dishonesty is righteous and aligns with the heart of God. Scripture is very clear that lies are not small matters before the Lord. Proverbs 12:22 tells us Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. And we are commanded in Exodus 20:16 You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. and in Ephesians 4:25 Therefore putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another. We also remember Colossians 3:9 Dont lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings. To lie and to commit serious wrongs requires a hardening of the conscience, a breaking down of that God-given resistance to dishonesty, and we agree with you in praying that God would rebuild that resistance in the hearts of this former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representatives.

We also hear your grace in choosing to show patience and kindness as it was shown to you, even while you have faced hardships. That is the love of Christ at work. We encourage you to continue to entrust justice to the Lord while you walk in honesty. Romans 12:19 reminds us Dont seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Gods wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. God sees all that has been done in secret and in legal proceedings, and He is both just and merciful. And we cling with you to the promise in John 8:32 You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. Truth does indeed set us free, and our prayer is that those who have chosen dishonesty would have their eyes opened to this truth before they suffer the eternal consequences, for Revelation 21:8 warns that all liars will have their part outside the kingdom unless they repent.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You and we thank You for Your mercy and Your truth. Lord, You are the God who delights in truth and hates lying lips. We lift up to You this former landlord's team, their lawyers and legal representatives. Lord, soften their hearts and open their eyes. Build up in them a holy resistance to dishonesty and a love for honesty. Convict them where they have spoken falsehood or acted deceitfully, and lead them to repentance and to practice truth in all their dealings. Let Your truth set them free from the bondage of deceit and protect them from the consequences of lying.

Father, we also lift up those who have been wronged and have endured hardship through this situation. We thank You for the grace You have already given them to respond with patience and kindness. Continue to sustain them, vindicate the truth in Your perfect timing, and guard their hearts from bitterness. Help them to surrender their will fully to You and to trust that You are fighting for them and blessing them with heavenly gifts. Let Your will be done in this legal matter and let Your name be glorified through justice and mercy.

We dedicate all of our lives to You anew and we trust in the power of the blood of Jesus shed for sinners. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer and the way you are bringing this whole situation to the Lord. Thank you for your honest heart for truth and for the grace you have shown in praying for your former landlord's team, their lawyers and representatives, even after hardships.

Wanting truth to come to light is right, and asking God to grow honesty in others is a kind and hopeful way to pray. We also hear how much it has cost you to stay patient and kind through this. It is understandable to feel weary when you have had to hold firm against dishonesty for a long time.

One thing that has helped others in similar places is remembering that choosing to release resentment is a decision we can make before our feelings fully catch up. You can hold to that decision to treat others with dignity while still seeking what is true and right, and you do not have to rush feelings of peace or force a restored relationship. If legal matters are still ongoing, it can help to keep clear, factual records and to lean on a trusted, wise counselor or advocate for guidance so you are not carrying it alone, and to give yourselves regular rest from thinking about the case.

Father, we thank You for Your child who loves Your truth. We ask You to guard their heart with Your peace, to strengthen them to walk in honesty and patience, and to work truth and clarity in all involved. Lead them step by step and help them rest in Your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in prayer and give thanks with you for the presence of the Lord in your life and for the precious blood shed upon the Cross for sinners. You have well said that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, and that lies are serious crimes before a God of truth.

Your prayer breathes the very spirit of Christ, that you ask not for vengeance upon those who have wronged you, but for their good. Though you have faced hardships from this former landlord and his team and legal representatives, you have sought grace to show patience and kindness. In this you copy the pattern set before us, even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. This is great forgiveness indeed, and it becomes those who have themselves been forgiven much to forgive as they have been forgiven.

You ask that the Lord would build up in these persons a resistance to dishonesty and lead them to practice honesty. We pray with you to that end, that God would open their eyes to the truth that shall set them free. For there is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. The only men that ever truly fear God and forsake their sin are those that are forgiven. Nature cannot tell a man this, but the Gospel declares it plainly, there is forgiveness with God through Jesus Christ His Son, and that forgiveness is to be obtained from God alone through Him.

Be assured that if these who have dealt dishonestly will tremble and shake for fear and with a penitent heart desire forgiveness, there is forgiveness even for them, however great their sin may have been. If God demands the penalty in justice, He Himself supplies it in love, and He not only forgives at the first all our sins, but His forgiveness is complete and eternal, so that sin is put away as though it had never been. Let this whisper drive away despair, there is forgiveness now, at this moment, for whosoever will come and put trust in Christ.

So we pray that the Lord will bring these souls to see their need, to confess their dishonesty, and to receive that full forgiveness which is in Christ Jesus alone, for there is salvation in no other. And as they receive mercy, may they learn to love truth and walk honestly before God and man, keeping no back reckonings of deceit.

For you, dear soul, continue to dedicate your life to Him and surrender your will to Him, as you have prayed. He who has forgiven you will keep you, for the gifts and calling of God are without repentance, and the act of forgiveness is a continuous one toward His people.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus that You would work truth in the inward parts of all concerned, that lies would be forsaken, that honesty would be practiced, and that each heart would seek and find Your forgiveness through the blood of Christ. Grant grace to Your people to continue in patience and love, and bring all to fear Your holy name. In Jesus name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for truth in the midst of dishonesty honors God, and it is right to bring this burden before Him who is Himself the way, the truth and the life.

I thank God with you for His presence, for His fighting for you, and for the heavenly gifts you have received through the blood of Jesus shed on the Cross for sinners. It is a sign of grace at work in you that even while facing hardships from your former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative, you have been given the strength to show patience and kindness. That is the life of godliness and honesty to which we are called, a life that is not only right in doctrine but right in daily conduct.

You ask rightly, for lies are serious and bring great harm both in this life and before the judgment of God. As Scripture teaches, dishonesty gathers many evils to itself, and those who live by falsehood add to their sin and lose the kingdom. But truth is like the sun. When it shines upon an honest and willing soul, it easily enlightens it. Your prayer that God would build up in these people a resistance to dishonesty and teach them to practice honesty is a loving and faithful prayer. You are asking that their eyes be opened to the truth that sets us free, and that they be saved from the consequences of lying.

We join you in that prayer and in your surrender to the will of God.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we thank You for Your mercy and for the forgiveness of sins that comes only through faith in Your Son. We ask You to work in the hearts of this former landlord's team and all their legal representatives. Convict them where there has been falsehood, grant them repentance, and give them a love for truth. Build in them a firm resistance to dishonesty and a desire to walk in honesty in all their dealings. Let Your truth master their souls and lead them to freedom in Christ. Keep those who have been wronged from bitterness, and help them to continue in honest labor, in generosity to the needy, and in quiet trust in You. We dedicate all our lives to You again today. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to honor God even in a painful and unjust situation, and that is a beautiful testimony of His grace at work in you. Thank you for bringing this before the Lord so honestly.

You are right to take dishonesty seriously. Scripture shows us that truth is not just an idea but a Person. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life, and His words remain when heaven and earth pass away. The Spirit Himself is truth and bears witness to what is true, giving us understanding so we can know truth not only in our minds but by experience as we walk with Christ. That is why Jesus said the truth will set us free. Lies may seem to offer an advantage for a time, but they bind the one who tells them, while truth brings freedom.

It is one thing to agree that truth is good, and another to practice it. It is easy to say we believe the truth, but God calls us to keep it and walk in it day by day. There is great joy when God's people continue to walk in truth and do not turn away from it, even when others around them choose deception. Your desire to show patience and kindness to those who have caused you hardship, even as you have received patience and kindness from the Lord, is part of walking in that truth. God sees your heart fully, and He knows the whole situation without any covering.

We join you in praying for the former landlord's team and their legal representatives. We ask the Lord to work in their hearts, to open their eyes to see that honesty is His way, and to strengthen their resolve to turn from falsehood and practice what is true. We pray the Holy Spirit would reveal Christ to them, for He came to bear witness to the truth and to show the love of God who gave His Son to die on the cross for sinners. We ask that they would come to know that love, turn from lies, and be spared the painful consequences that dishonesty always brings.

We also pray for you, that the Lord would continue to be your defender and your peace. He knows every detail of this legal struggle and He is a righteous judge who oversees all matters of justice. May He guard your heart from bitterness, fill you with His mercy and peace, and help you to keep delighting in His word and surrendering your will to Him. May you continue to experience the freedom that comes from walking in His truth.

Father, we thank You for Your presence, for fighting for Your people, and for the heavenly gifts You pour out through the blood of Jesus shed for us. We ask You to establish truth in every heart involved in this matter, to lead all to repentance and to life in Christ, and to let Your truth dwell richly in us forever. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
