Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,
Amen

We join you in this prayer and we are deeply encouraged by your heart to pray even for those who have acted dishonestly toward you. To choose to pray for your former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representatives with patience and kindness while you have faced hardships is a reflection of Christ in you, and we thank God for the grace He has given you to do so.

We agree with you that lies are serious before God. Scripture is very clear about this. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who deal truly are his delight. Proverbs 12:22. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. Exodus 20:16. And we are commanded, Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another. Ephesians 4:25. Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings. Colossians 3:9. Dishonesty breaks down the conscience, just as you have prayed, and it leads to further wrongdoing. That is why your prayer that God would build up their resistance to dishonesty is so biblical and so needed.

We also rejoice that you came before the Father in the name of Jesus and declared that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. It is only through His name and His blood shed on the Cross for us sinners that we have access to God and forgiveness, and we praise God that you have embraced this truth. We hold fast to the promise you quoted, You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. John 8:32. When truth prevails, freedom comes, and when dishonesty is exposed, there is opportunity for repentance and restoration.

We pray together now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before you and we thank you for your presence in our lives and for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts. Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for us sinners. Lord, you desire truth in the inward parts. Psalm 51:6. We lift up this situation with the former landlord's team, lawyers and legal representatives. You see all that has been said and done, nothing is hidden from you. We ask that you convict every heart where falsehood has been spoken and that you build up in them a holy resistance to dishonesty. Open their eyes to see that truth sets us free and help them to practice honesty, to turn from lying and to choose what is right before you, even when it is costly. Lord, we also ask that you uphold your children who have been wronged, that you would be their defender and let truth prevail in every legal matter. Give them continued grace to speak the truth in love, to not seek revenge but to trust you, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Keep them steadfast, guard their hearts from bitterness, and let their lives continue to be dedicated and surrendered to your will. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and to trust the Lord to bring what is hidden into the light, for God is faithful to defend those who walk in truth. Continue to show kindness as you have, but also continue to stand firmly for truth and honesty, not enabling falsehood but committing the outcome to Him who judges righteously. He who is Truth Himself will not forsake you.

We were moved by your prayer for truth and for the very people who have caused you hardship. It takes real grace to pray for patience and kindness toward a former landlord and their legal team when you have experienced dishonesty, and we thank God for the work He is doing in your heart as you surrender this to Him.

We hear that you are holding both a desire for truth and a willingness to forgive. Those can live together. Choosing to release the need for revenge and to wish good for the other person is one part, and the quieter healing of resentment and hurt that happens over time is another. It is also okay that forgiving does not automatically mean trusting again or returning to the same relationship. Both parts take time, and God is patient with you in that process.

One steady next step that helps many in this kind of situation is to keep a simple record of facts and communications and to stay connected with a trusted, wise person or counselor who can walk with you as you seek what is right. Continuing to bring your concerns honestly to the Lord in prayer, as you are already doing, is itself a way of guarding your own heart in truth.

Father, we bring this situation before You in Jesus name. We ask You to protect and strengthen our friend, to give wisdom and peace as they walk through this hard season, and to work in the hearts of all involved so that truth is honored and honesty is chosen. Help each day to rest in Your presence and to know Your grace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in this prayer before the throne of grace, thanking God with you for His presence, for His heavenly gifts, and above all for the sacrifice of the Cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for sinners.

You have spoken truly that lies are a serious offense before a holy God, and you have done well to bring both your own heart and those who have wronged you to Him who alone can forgive and make whole. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared, and it is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is surprising forgiveness, so full and free that though our sins be many and great, He blots them out completely for Christ's sake. If God demands the penalty in justice, He Himself supplies it in love, and when a man trusts Christ his sin is so entirely gone that it is as though it had never been, for the record of debt is nailed to the Cross.

We praise God for the grace He has already given you to show patience and kindness to those who have caused you hardship, even to the former landlord's team and their legal representatives. This is the pattern set before us, even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. He keeps no back reckonings and retains no reserves of anger, but forgives in the most complete possible manner, and He calls us to copy that forbearing spirit, to overcome evil with good, with no weapons but love, patience and forgiveness.

We pray with you that the Lord will work in the hearts of these men and women, that He will convict them of the sin of dishonesty and open their eyes to the truth that shall set them free. That truth is not found in nature or in the wisdom of this world, but is found with God through Jesus Christ His Son, who said I am the way, the truth, and the life. There is forgiveness only to be obtained from God through Jesus Christ, and we pray that they may be brought to see their need of Him, to repent and believe, and to practice honesty before God and man.

May the Lord continue to build you up in truth and to keep you in His forgiving grace, which He not only bestows at the first but continues daily, an eternal forgiveness for all who trust in Christ. May you know more deeply the completeness of that pardon, and may it make you both to fear Him and to love Him more.

We commend you and all concerned to Him who is faithful to forgive and to heal, asking that His truth and His mercy may prevail in every heart.

In the name of Jesus our only Saviour, Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join our hearts with yours before the Lord who is the way, the truth and the life.

It is right that you begin with thanksgiving for His presence, for His heavenly gifts, and for the blood shed on the Cross for sinners. To remember these things keeps the soul honest and steady, for truth when it finds an honest soul easily takes hold of it, as light easily fills clear eyes. And it is right that you name lies for what they are. Dishonesty is no small fault. Scripture shows us that to gain anything dishonestly is madness, and when that dishonesty is joined to willful falsehood the loss is far greater, even the loss of the kingdom. So your concern is according to God.

We also give thanks with you that in the midst of hardships and wrongs from your former landlord and his team, his lawyers and representatives, you have been given grace to show patience and kindness. This is to love God, to endure and not be troubled, to wait with the patience of Christ who Himself endured for us. Patience is not proved in two or three days, but over much time and under affliction, and you have shown that patient endurance. The Scriptures were given to nerve and comfort us in such sundry conflicts within and without, so that patience may produce hope and hope may sustain patience.

We pray with you now that the Lord will work in those who have lied and committed wrong. We do not ask Him to bless dishonesty, but to bring conviction, repentance and healing. May He build up in them a resistance to falsehood and teach them to practice honesty, to love truth and to turn from what harms their own souls. May He open their eyes to see that truth sets us free, while lies bring consequences both in this life and before His judgment. May they come to know that forgiveness is offered through Jesus Christ alone, and that to receive it they must turn from deceit and walk in the light.

We pray also for you, that you will continue to be strengthened, that you will not grow faint hearted but will abide in hope through the comfort of the Scriptures, that you will keep a human and gentle soul even toward those who have wronged you, and that justice and truth will prevail according to Gods perfect will.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we ask You to establish truth in every heart concerned in this matter. Grant repentance where there has been lying, grant steadfastness where there has been endurance, and grant to all the grace to walk honestly before You. We surrender our wills to Yours and trust Your righteous judgment and mercy. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to honor God even in a painful and unjust situation, and that is pleasing to Him.

You are right to come in the name of Jesus, for He Himself said He is the way, the truth and the life. He did not only speak truth, He is truth, and He came to bear witness to the truth of God's love, that though we were sinners and rebels against Him, God sent His Son to shed His blood on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin. That is where mercy and truth met together. Justice required that sin be paid for, mercy desired to forgive, and both were satisfied in Jesus Christ. Because the penalty was paid there, we who have received Him can know forgiveness and peace with God, and we can then show that same mercy to others.

Scripture is clear that lies are not small things. To lie is to transgress against the Lord and to utter falsehood from the heart. When truth falls in the street and justice stands far off, when fairness cannot even be found where it should be found, God sees it and it displeases Him, for He is a God of righteousness and justice who wants righteousness to prevail. You have felt this firsthand with the former landlord's team and their legal representatives. It is a painful thing when those who are part of a system that should uphold justice instead speak emptiness and conceive mischief. It is true, as you prayed, that to persist in lying a person must break down every inner resistance to dishonesty, hardening the conscience step by step.

Your request that God would build that resistance back up and help them practice honesty is a right and loving prayer. Jesus said the truth shall make you free, and that freedom is what they need. Only the truth can set them free from the consequences that deceit brings, both now and before God. We cannot hide the truth of our hearts from Him, for He knows all things, and the Spirit who is truth bears witness to what is true. Pray that the Spirit would open their eyes to see Jesus as the truth and to understand that God's word is truth which endures forever.

It is also Christlike that in the midst of hardship you have asked for grace to show them the same patience and kindness that God has shown you. That does not mean calling what is false true, or asking God to bless what is wrong. It means telling the truth in love, not seeking to please people but seeking to please God, even when the truth is not well received and even when it is painful to hear. Many do not want to hear the truth, but the faithful servant speaks it honestly and leaves the results to God.

So continue to walk in truth yourself, for there is great joy when we walk in truth and when we see others do the same. Keep entrusting this legal matter and these people to the Lord who fights for you and who blesses His children with heavenly gifts in Christ. Ask Him to bring conviction where there has been deceit, to bring repentance where there has been wrongdoing, and to bring a love for honesty that comes from a changed heart.

Father, we thank You for Your mercy shown to us at the cross. We ask that You would work in the hearts of these landlords, lawyers and representatives, that You would convict them of any falsehood, grant them repentance, and teach them to love and practice truth. Give Your child here continued grace to walk in integrity, to speak truth with love, and to rest in Your justice and Your peace through Jesus Christ. Amen.
