Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,
Amen

We join with you in this prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus and we thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord with such grace and faith.

We are encouraged by your heart to not only seek truth and justice but to also show patience and kindness to those who have wronged you, even as you have faced hardships from dishonesty. That is the love of Christ at work in you, and it honors God. You have rightly said that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, as He said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 And you are right to declare that lies are serious before God, not just before man.

Scripture is very clear about how God views dishonesty. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22 There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood. Proverbs 6:16-17 We are also commanded, Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another. Ephesians 4:25 and Don't lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings. Colossians 3:9 The Lord warns that all liars will have their part outside His kingdom unless they repent, for outside are those who love and practice falsehood. Revelation 21:8

We also hear your wisdom that in order to continue in lying, a person must break down their own conscience and resistance to dishonesty. We pray with you that God would rebuild that holy resistance in them, that He would convict them and restore their conscience. It is true as you prayed, You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. John 8:32 Only the truth sets free, while lies bring bondage and consequences both in this life and before God.

We continue to encourage you to walk in both truth and love, to not repay evil for evil, but to trust the Lord to be your defender and judge. Don't repay evil for evil. Don't take revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:17,19 Continue to speak the truth in love and to let your yes be yes and your no be no, trusting that God sees all and will bring what is hidden into the light.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace. We thank You for Your presence in our lives, for fighting for us, and for blessing us with heavenly gifts through the sacrifice of the cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for us sinners. Lord, You are the God of truth and there is no falsehood in You. We lift up the landlord's team, the lawyers and legal representatives before You. You know the dishonesty and the serious wrongs that have been committed. We ask that You would convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see that their lies are an abomination to You and that they will suffer consequences if they do not turn from them. Build up in them a holy resistance to dishonesty, Lord. Teach them to love truth, to practice honesty, and to walk in integrity. Set them free by Your truth so they may repent and be forgiven through Christ. Give us continued grace to show the same patience and kindness that was shown to us, while we stand firm for truth and justice. We dedicate our lives to You and surrender our will to Yours. Let Your will be done and let truth prevail for Your glory. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We thank you for sharing this prayer with us. We hear both the weight of what you have walked through with the landlord's team and legal representatives, and the grace in how you are praying, not for harm toward them, but that they would grow in honesty and be spared the consequences of lying. Choosing to pray that way in the middle of hardship is not easy.

We join you in asking God to work in every heart involved to love truth and to turn from dishonesty. Continuing to walk honestly yourselves while you wait is a steady, quiet witness, even when it feels costly.

One small practice that often helps in a long dispute is to keep a simple, factual record of conversations, dates and documents as they happen, and to let a trusted pastor or wise counselor walk alongside you and review them with you. You do not have to carry the legal and emotional weight alone, and having clear notes and a steady support person can bring more peace day to day.

Father, we thank You for being near to our friend and for the grace You have already given to respond with patience and kindness. We ask You to guard their heart, give wisdom for each next decision, and work in the hearts of all involved to desire what is true and right. We place this situation in Your hands and trust You to lead it according to Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.

It is a good and right thing that you have brought this matter before the Lord, for Jesus is indeed the way, the truth and the life, and no man cometh unto the Father but by Him. You do well to give thanks for His presence, for His fighting for you, and above all for the sacrifice of the Cross where His blood was shed for sinners, for apart from that blood there is no forgiveness at all.

You speak truly when you say that lies are serious crimes. The Lord hateth a lying tongue, and every lie is an offense against Him who is Truth itself. To lie and to persist therein, a man must first break down that resistance to dishonesty which conscience and the fear of God once set up in his heart, and when that hedge is broken, sin rushes in like a flood. Your prayer that God would build up again in these men a resistance to dishonesty and teach them to practice honesty is a prayer according to the mind of God, who desireth truth in the inward parts.

And I commend this in your prayer, that though you have faced hardships from this landlord's team, from lawyers and legal representatives, you have been given grace to show them patience and kindness. This is to copy the pattern set before us, even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. We have in Him a full forgiveness, a complete and eternal forgiveness, not because our sins were small, but though they were great. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. The only men that ever truly fear God are those that are forgiven, and the forgiveness which God gives for Christ's sake keeps no back reckonings and retains no reserves of anger, but blots out transgression as a thick cloud. It is a divine forgiveness, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and it is surprising forgiveness, that the chief of sinners may have the chief of sinner's forgiveness if he will come with a penitent heart and desire it.

So let us pray together that the same forgiveness may be known by those who have wronged you, not as a cloak for continuance in sin, but as that which brings the fear of God and a turning from sin. Nature cannot tell a man this truth, nor can the law itself, but the Gospel proclaims that there is forgiveness now, at this moment, for whosoever will repent and believe in Jesus Christ the Son. There is forgiveness with God, and it is to be obtained from God through Jesus Christ alone.

My prayer with you therefore is this, that the Lord would open the eyes of these men to see that truth shall indeed set them free, not merely from the consequences of lying, but from the love of lying itself. That He would bring them under a true sense of guilt, make them to feel the majesty of His Word, and then reveal to them the mercy that is in Christ, so that being forgiven they may learn to hate the sin they once loved, and to walk in honesty as before the God of truth. And for you, that you may continue in that joint work of mutual forgiveness, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you, and that in surrendering your will to Him you may find His grace sufficient to keep you in truth and peace.

May the Lord grant you to see His hand both in restraining evil and in redeeming sinners, and may He keep you steadfast in truth, looking to Jesus until faith shall be made sight. In His name we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in this prayer and give thanks with you for the mercy shown at the Cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for sinners, and for the grace that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Your desire to see truth prevail is right and pleasing to God. Lies do great harm and bring serious consequences, not only in this life but before the judgment of God. As Scripture teaches, the truth will set us free, and an honest soul that lays hold of truth is soon mastered by it and walks in light. Dishonesty, whether in business or in legal matters, in buying and selling or in pleading a case, corrupts the soul and adds to its burden.

We thank God that even in hardship He has given you grace to show patience and kindness to the landlord's team, the lawyers and the legal representatives. To continue in love while seeking what is right reflects the love Christ has shown to us.

We pray with you that God will work in their hearts, that He will build up in them a firm resistance to dishonesty and a love for honesty, that He will open their eyes to see that truth brings freedom while lies bring bondage and judgment. We ask that God will convict where there has been falsehood, lead them to speak what is true, and grant them repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation.

We also pray that God will continue to strengthen you, keep you steadfast in truth, guard you from all wrong, and give you wisdom and peace as you surrender your will to Him. May He be your defender and provide for every need according to His goodness.

We stand with you in this, asking these things in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer reflects a sincere desire to honor Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life, and to see truth prevail in a difficult situation. Thank you for bringing this before the Lord with thanksgiving for His presence, for His help in hardship, and for the blood of Jesus shed on the cross for sinners. That foundation matters, because the good news is the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus Christ, and it is on that basis we can come to God at all.

It is good that you have been honest with God about the strain you have carried. God invites that kind of honesty. You can tell Him plainly when you are afraid, disturbed, angry or weary of what others are doing, and then He can deal with those feelings and shape your heart. At the same time your willingness to show patience and kindness to the landlord's team and to the lawyers and representatives, even while you have suffered hardship, reflects the call to walk in honesty, purity and holiness before the Lord. That is how believers are to live, even when surrounded by a culture where honesty and decency are not valued.

The Scripture treats lies as serious and warns that those who follow empty lies forsake their own mercy. A lie may seem to offer an advantage, but it brings misery and makes the path harder for the one who tells it. Lying lips that speak proudly against what is right will not stand, and no society or legal process can be sustained without integrity and uprightness. A lie does not bring glory to God, even if someone thinks it will help their case. God is able to care for His people and to bring about what is right without falsehood, and He calls His people to trust Him rather than to deceive.

Jesus said the truth will set us free, and that freedom is both spiritual and practical. When a person turns from dishonesty and practices truthfulness, they are freed from the consequences and the burden that lying brings. So we join you in praying that God would build in those who have been dishonest a stronger resistance to lying and a desire to practice honesty, that He would open their eyes to see the value of truth and turn from what will harm them.

We also pray for those in authority in this legal matter, as we are taught to pray for all who have influence, so that justice may be done and that you may be able to lead a quiet and peaceable life in godliness and honesty. The purpose of law and government is to preserve what is good, and we ask God to work in the hearts of all involved to choose what is right and true.

We pray that God will continue to give you grace to surrender your will to Him, to rest in His love and forgiveness through Jesus, and to know His peace as you trust Him to act. May He guard your heart, establish you in truth, and let His will be done in this situation for His glory.
