Dishonesty

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.

We join with you in lifting this heavy burden of dishonesty to the throne of grace, where Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, intercedes for us. Your acknowledgment of His sacrifice and lordship is a powerful reminder that all truth flows from Him, and without Him, we are lost in deception. The scriptures warn us clearly about the dangers of lying: "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who do the truth are his delight" (Proverbs 12:22). The enemy, the father of lies, seeks to destroy lives through deception, but we stand firm in the truth of Christ, who has overcome the world.

We rebuke the spirit of dishonesty that has taken root in this situation. The hardness of heart required to commit such serious crimes, breaking down all resistance to honesty, is a work of darkness, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. "No lie is of the truth" (1 John 2:21), and we declare that the light of Christ will expose every hidden thing. We pray for the landlord’s team, the lawyers, and legal representatives involved. Father, we ask that You soften their hearts and convict them of their sin. Let them see the weight of their actions and the destruction they have sown. May they repent and turn from their ways, for "the Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). We ask that You build up their resistance to dishonesty, replacing it with a hunger for integrity and righteousness.

We also lift up those who have been wronged in this situation. It is not easy to show patience and kindness to those who have caused harm, but Your Word calls us to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). We pray that You strengthen their hearts, reminding them that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). Let them trust in Your justice, knowing that You see all and will repay. We declare that the truth will prevail, for "nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known" (Luke 12:2). May the light of Christ shine brightly in this darkness, bringing freedom and restoration to all who have been affected.

Heavenly Father, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing justice. We ask that You open the eyes of those who have been blinded by deception, that they may see the truth and turn to You. Let Your Holy Spirit work in their hearts, convicting them of sin and leading them to repentance. We pray for wisdom and discernment for all involved, that they may walk in Your ways and honor You in their actions. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand firm on the promise that You will bring justice to the oppressed.

Lord, we dedicate our lives to You afresh today. We surrender our will, our desires, and our plans to You, trusting that Your ways are higher than ours. Help us to walk in truth, to speak with integrity, and to live in a way that brings glory to Your name. We thank You for Your faithfulness, for Your love, and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Truth who sets us free. Amen.

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
