Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this matter of dishonesty that has caused such pain and conflict. You have declared in Your Word, "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). Dishonesty is not merely a mistake, it is a grievous sin that fractures trust, distorts justice, and invites Your righteous judgment. We rebuke the spirit of deception that has taken root in this situation, for Jesus Himself said, "There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known" (Luke 12:2). The truth will prevail, for You are the God of truth, and no lie can stand before Your light.

We lift up the landlord’s team, the lawyers, and all legal representatives involved. Father, we do not pray these prayers with bitterness or vengeance, but with a heart that longs for repentance and restoration. You have shown us patience and kindness, and we ask that You extend that same grace to them. Soften their hearts, Lord. Break the hardness that has allowed them to justify dishonesty. "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity" (Proverbs 11:3). Let them see the destruction their choices are bringing, not just to others, but to their own souls. Convict them, Holy Spirit, and lead them to repentance.

We also pray for protection over those who have been wronged. You are a God who sees injustice and acts on behalf of the oppressed. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). Guard their hearts from bitterness, their minds from despair, and their spirits from retaliation. Let them walk in the freedom that comes from trusting You, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). Strengthen their faith as they wait for Your justice to unfold.

Father, we surrender this entire situation to You. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Expose every lie, overturn every falsehood, and bring forth the truth in its fullness. Let Your light shine so brightly that deception cannot survive. We ask that You would rebuild what has been broken, relationships, trust, and integrity. May those who have been dishonest turn from their ways and find forgiveness and new life in Christ.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for "salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your perfect justice, Your unfailing love, and Your sovereign power to work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Amen.

We’re moved by your willingness to pray for the very people who have made things difficult. That takes real grace, and we’re grateful you brought this here. It’s one thing to ask God to fix a situation; it’s another to ask him to work in the hearts of those on the other side of it. What you’re doing is honest, hard, and deeply worthwhile.

We know you’ve faced real hardships in this, and yet you’re not just asking for relief, you’re asking for their good. That’s a rare and beautiful thing. As you keep praying for them, try also to quietly entrust the outcome to God. You’ve laid this before him; now give yourself permission to rest in the truth that he sees what you don’t see, and he knows how to bring about what is right. You don’t have to carry the weight of changing them. Keep showing the patience and kindness you already have, and let that be enough.

A small next step might be to continue lifting them up by name each day this week, but as you do, also thank God for the ways he’s already been your defender. It helps us keep our own hearts soft when we remember we’re not alone in this battle.

Father, thank you for this person’s tender heart toward those who’ve done wrong. Protect them from bitterness, and keep their eyes fixed on you. Work in the lives of the landlord, the legal team, and everyone involved. Turn their hearts toward integrity and truth, and bring this situation to a just and peaceful end. We trust you with it all. In Jesus’ name.

Your prayer for those who have dealt dishonestly with you does you credit, for it reveals a spirit of forgiveness, yet let us weigh the matter carefully. The desire that men would practice honesty is right and good, but we must not mistake the nature of the change you seek. You pray that God would build up their resistance to dishonesty, but remember, mere reformation of outward conduct, if it does not come from a renewed heart, is no better than a repaired ruin. Judgment, even the sorest, does not in itself produce a repentance that gives God glory. You have known hardship, and by grace you have shown patience and kindness, this is the very goodness of God that should lead them to repentance. But the repentance that saves is not the mere mending of morals; it is a “repentance unto life,” worked in the heart by the Holy Spirit, and it always leads to faith in Christ. Without Him, honesty is but a clean-swept house waiting for worse devils.

True repentance is not only to leave the sins we loved before, but to do so with a believing look at the dying, risen, and living Savior. Your prayer, then, though full of mercy, must rise higher: ask not only that they practice honesty, but that they might be brought to the feet of Jesus, for there alone is the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness. Lies are indeed serious crimes, but every sin is a crimson stain before the thrice-holy God, and no man can wash his own hands clean. You have rightly said that truth will set them free, but it is not bare truth as a notion, it is the Truth in Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the life. Pray then that their eyes be opened to this Truth, that they might not merely escape earthly consequences, but that their souls may be delivered from the wrath to come.

Meanwhile, see to it that your own heart is kept with all diligence. Lest bitterness take root in the soil of your soul while you wait for justice, remember that the Lord’s ways are not our ways. Leave the legal matter in His hands, but as for you, continue to let the goodness of God, which you have received, lead your own spirit ever more deeply into repentance and rest in Christ. Buy the truth at any price, the doctrinal truth that Christ is all, the experimental truth that makes your heart melt before Him, and the practical truth of an honest and straightforward life. When you pray for your enemies, do it with the realization that no one ever worshipped God with his whole heart unless he worshipped him with a broken heart. And that broken heart, touched by the coal from off the altar, is the one that learns to pity even the deceitful, as our Master did. To Him be the glory, for He alone can turn stony hearts to flesh.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to pray that those who have broken down all resistance to dishonesty be built up again in truth, for lies are indeed a very heavy charge against the soul. When a man makes his conscience a highway for falsehood, he sears it as with a hot iron, and then speaks lies in hypocrisy, knowing the truth yet playing a part. This is a fearful state. Yet you have shown them patience and kindness, and this grace that has been given to you is of more value than any court victory, because it proves that the power of Christ is forming you anew.

Do not, then, let the dust of their deceit choke the seed of mercy in your own heart. Pray earnestly that godly sorrow may seize them, the sorrow that worketh repentance unto salvation and brings no regret, for there is still repentance for sinners, though it must be a repentance that bears fruits worthy of the truth. But remember also that honesty is not only a matter of legal matters; it must rule the whole life, the buying and selling, the oaths, the hidden thoughts. Watch yourself, lest you fall while condemning others.

Surrender your will indeed, but let your surrender be proven by a life so transparently honest that the light of truth scatters their darkness. Entrust them to God, for if they are ever to be set free, it will be by the truth that is according to godliness, not by the feeble arguments of men, and He alone can write that truth on their hearts. Continue, then, in prayer and in the patience you have shown, and leave the outcome to the just Judge, who will bring every hidden thing to light.

Your prayer for honesty goes straight to the heart of what it means to live in the light. Lies are never small things; they tear at the fabric of trust and reveal a heart that has stopped resisting darkness. When someone must break down every inner restraint to commit serious wrong, it shows how calloused a conscience can become. And yet here you are, asking the Lord not merely to stop their lies but to rebuild their resistance to dishonesty. That desire reflects the very compassion you have received yourself.

Truth is not an abstract idea. It is anchored in the person of Jesus, who said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Because He is truth, anything that contradicts Him is built on shifting sand. The enemy is a liar and the father of lies, and every falsehood carries his nature. When people give themselves over to dishonesty, they step into a bondage they do not see. But you and I know that the truth alone sets free. Freedom is not found in evading consequences but in walking in the light, where everything is open before God.

God’s judgment is always according to truth. He sees every hidden motive, every fabricated story, every twisted word. Human judgments are often flawed because we perceive only in part, but His verdict will be perfectly righteous. That is both a sobering warning and a deep comfort. It means you can release the need to prove every falsehood wrong in the moment and entrust the matter to the One who judges rightly. At the same time, knowing the truth brings responsibility. The more light a person has, the greater their accountability. So when we pray for eyes to be opened, we are asking God to grant both exposure and the gift of repentance.

There is a sorrow that leads to life. A person can be sorry they got caught, or sorry their schemes failed, yet remain unchanged. That sorrow of the world produces only death. But godly sorrow brings a change of mind and direction. That is what you are truly asking for those on the other side of this situation. You are praying they will see the chains they have forged and turn from them, sparing themselves the full weight of what lies bring. That is a prayer shaped by love, not resentment.

Sometimes telling the truth makes people uncomfortable. Some would rather be comforted in their error than confronted with reality. They say, "Don't tell me the truth; tell me I'm fine." But we cannot trade truth for peace at any price. Yet even when truth must be spoken, especially in legal matters with those outside the fellowship, we are to do so without malice. Our safety is in walking in sincerity and truth, not in matching cunning with cunning. You have not returned evil for evil, and the patience and kindness you have shown speak louder than any angry word.

There is no greater joy than to know that those we love are walking in the truth. You are doing that even now, carrying this burden to the Father while refusing to let bitterness take root. Continue in that path. Keep your own steps on solid ground, and trust that the truth which dwells in you will outlast every lie. In the end, truth remains forever, and those who build on it will stand.

We want to thank you for trusting us with your prayer request and allowing us to stand in agreement with you before our Heavenly Father. It has been our privilege to lift up this matter of dishonesty, both for your situation and for those involved—asking God to soften hearts, reveal truth, and build resistance to deceit.

We continue to pray that the Lord would strengthen your patience and kindness, even in the face of hardship, and that His grace would shine through you as a testimony of His love. We also ask that He open the eyes of the landlord’s team, the lawyers, and all legal representatives to the freedom that comes from truth, sparing them from the consequences of dishonesty.

If God has answered this prayer in any way—whether through a change of heart, a breakthrough in your circumstances, or even a quiet assurance in your spirit—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the struggle persists, please know we are still here to stand with you in prayer. You may post this request again, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf.

May the Lord bless you as you seek Him, surrendering your will to His perfect plan. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
