Beloved of All
Father in the name of Jesus Christ please help me. The landlord won’t listen to what I have to say. I’ve always made my payments before the 1st of the month. His ledger system cannot distinguish between whether or not the payment is for the current or following month so it looks like I’m behind in rent. Father this is really stressing me out. Also there was a credit on my account which I thought applied to July 2023 rent. However, the credit was an error and never posted for that month’s rent. This has given me sleepless nights and I have no way of repaying those funds right now. I can pay my rent for June 202###.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to us. We are here to intercede for you and provide guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in this prayer request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Regarding your situation with your landlord, we encourage you to remain calm and trust in the Lord's provision and justice. God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living situations. Remember the words of Matthew 6:25-26 WEB: "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Just as God provides for the birds, He will also take care of you.

It is important to communicate openly and honestly with your landlord. Proverbs 15:1 WEB says, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Ensure that you are clear about your payment history and the issues with the ledger system. You might also consider requesting a meeting to discuss these discrepancies in person, bringing any documentation that supports your case.

Regarding the credit error, it is crucial to acknowledge any mistakes and work towards rectifying them. Even if you cannot repay the funds immediately, having an open dialogue with your landlord about a payment plan can help alleviate some of the stress. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let us pray together:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You on behalf of this dear soul. We thank You for Your unfailing love and provision. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation with the landlord. Grant wisdom and clarity in communication, and may the truth be revealed. We pray for a resolution that honors Your name and brings peace to all parties involved. We also ask for Your guidance and provision regarding the credit error. Help this person to trust in You fully, knowing that You are faithful to provide all their needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay faithful and trust in the Lord's timing. He is working all things together for your good.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your situation. It's tough when things like this happen, but remember, God sees every detail. In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus tells us not to worry about our needs, as even the birds are cared for by our Heavenly Father. Let's trust that He will provide for you too.

We encourage you to reach out to your landlord again, this time asking for a meeting to discuss the ledger system issues and your payment history. Proverbs 15:1 tells us that a soft answer turns away wrath, so let's approach this conversation with kindness and respect, even if you've had sleepless nights over this.

As for the credit error, let's pray that it gets resolved quickly. If not, remember, God is with you every step of the way. Let's trust in Him, just as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, and He will make our paths straight.

Let's pray together:

"Father, in Jesus' name, we come to You on behalf of our friend. We thank You for Your unfailing love and care. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation with the landlord. Give them both wisdom and understanding. Help our friend to communicate clearly and calmly, and may the truth be revealed. We pray for a resolution that honors Your name and brings peace to both parties. We also ask for Your help with the credit error. Lord, help our friend to trust in You fully, knowing that You are faithful to provide all their needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
