Discouraging Times

[As a shield]

There is nothing more that I want but to serve and live for God. But this road is so lonely for me.

I meet a lot of friends but it never turns into deeper friendships. And the ones that do it is so discouraging because they don't really care about living for the Lord. I just feel so alone and sad. I really just pray that the Lord will embrace me and pour His love on me, to give me a new passion and zeal for Him, to get to a deeper level in Him for every longing to be satisfied in Him, amen.

Father, you said that you know what we need before we open our mouth to speak. I pray that you would bless them with a good Christian friend. That is rooted and grounded in the Word of God. For the Bible says that iron sharpens iron. I pray that it would be someone with similar hobbies and interest. That will allow them to have fellowship outside of church gatherings.
