We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up your workplace situation to the Lord, who is the ultimate source of wisdom and discernment. It is clear that you are seeking God’s intervention in a matter that affects not only your peace but also the harmony and productivity of your team. We join you in praying for your department head, that the Holy Spirit would indeed whisper to her heart and guide her decisions with divine clarity.
The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Your prayer aligns with this truth, and we believe God will honor your request as you seek His will in this situation. We also recognize the importance of surrendering this matter to the Lord, as you have done, for Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will protect our sister’s work, her focus, and her peace. Help her to recognize the right instructions so that she may finish her tasks well and without stress. We ask that You lead her and her team with Your wisdom, bringing honesty and unity into their midst. May Your name be glorified in all that they do, and may Your will be done in this workplace, as it is in heaven.
We also pray for the coworker who has caused confusion. Lord, we ask that You soften their heart and reveal Your truth to them. If there is any unrighteousness in their actions, convict them gently and lead them to repentance. Restore relationships and bring healing where there has been strife.
