Disaster

This prayer request is for all the families in Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, etc. who are left without electric and heat during the ice/snow storm last weekend. There are still thousands of homes without electricity, homes damaged due to falling trees and power lines, and homes without any source of heat or way to cook. Many people are still without water. Several business are even closed due to the electric. Those stores that are open are running out of fuel, food, water, heaters, etc. This is literally a disaster area. I pray that those in need will receive help as soon as possible. Please keep these families in your prayers.

Thank you curtmel for your prayers...i'm in mountain home, arkansas and out of the entire area around our city...71,000 homes were without power this week and only about 70 percent have power back on.....and that's not including businesses. We personally have been in a Salvation Army shelter, thank God...with heat and food and then our power went out too. I learned through this whole process that we really have it good. Sometimes we complain about things not going our way but when your whole life comes to a standstill.....you begin to look up and become totally dependent on Jesus. So out of disaster, maybe some folks will come to the Lord by people showing the Love of Christ. I pray this is so. We had our power turned on and we were part of the few who did. We have so much to be thankful for guys....let us praise God for what he's given unto us. Amen.

Father , I ask that you will be with every person that is efected with this Situation that you will comfort them and give the people that are trying to get the power and water the Strength to get the work done. Thank-you Jesus for all that you do and continue to do. Amen
