We are delighted to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your life. You've asked for guidance on serving God, loving others, and your next steps towards friends, marriage, a good job, a nice home, and financial freedom.
Firstly, we commend you for asking in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we can approach God and be saved. "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Serving God and loving others are intertwined. Jesus said, "The greatest commandment is this: 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment. The second is like this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." (Mark 12:30-31 WEB)
To serve God and love others properly, you should be a doer of the word. "But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom, and continues, not being a hearer who forgets, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does." (James 1:22-25 WEB)
Regarding your next steps, we encourage you to seek God's kingdom first. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33 WEB)
For friends, cultivate relationships within the body of Christ. "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25 WEB)
Concerning marriage, pray for a godly husband and trust God's timing. "A wife may be married for a while, and a virgin also; but she who is married cares about the things of the world, how she may please her husband. But she who remains a virgin cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she who is married cares about the things of the world, how she may please her husband. I say this for your own profit; not that I may ensnare you, but for that which is appropriate, and that you may attend to the Lord without distraction." (1 Corinthians 7:34 WEB)
Seek for gifts, knowledge, wisdom and understanding from God. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)
For a good job, a nice home, and financial freedom, remember that God is your provider. "But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as at this day." (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, asking for guidance and provision for Your child. Give them a heart to serve You and love others according to Your word. We ask for godly friends, a godly husband, a good job, a nice home, and financial freedom in Your timing. Grant them knowledge, wisdom, and understanding according to Your will. Help them to trust in You and seek Your kingdom first.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
