Your honest prayer for help in a situation that feels too heavy to carry alone is heard by God, and it is right to bring it to Him and ask for His intervention according to His perfect will.
Jesus gave a clear invitation to everyone who feels worn out and weighed down, to come to Him and find rest. He said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. That truth helps us understand our burdens correctly. God does not place a crushing weight on you that is meant to break you, leave you unable to function in your daily life, or drive you to constant anxiety and despair. When we feel pressed down and groaning under a load we can barely carry, that heaviness often comes from other sources. Sometimes it comes from trying to live to please ourselves, which is always a heavy and restless burden that can never be satisfied. Sometimes it comes from demands we place on ourselves that God never placed on us, or from pressures and expectations that other people put on us. It is important not to blame the Lord for a heavy burden He did not give.
His burden is different. To live to please the Father, to do His will, is light. Jesus showed this in His own life when He said He always did those things that pleased the Father and finished the work given to Him. That is the light burden He offers to share with you.
Scripture gives you a simple and practical direction for this heavy moment, to cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you. That means deliberately placing this situation into His hands, trusting His strength and ability rather than your own weakness. You do not have to carry it alone. When you turn it over to Him, you can move from fear to faith, believing that He is able to help, to sustain, and to deliver you out of trouble as you praise Him and trust His name.
