There's really nothing to be ashamed of, you were under influence and obviously you did not know what you were doing.. Or at least not doing a willful sin.. I can relate as I too have been in many situations like you have, struggling with Anxiety Disorders as well as using Alcohol as a coping mechanism, I have many times put myself in embarrassing situations, I have fought, flirted even talked nasty things and did some very disgusting things during my episodes. But by the grace of God, I know am cleansed by the Blood of Christ.. it's been a while since the last time I fell into the trap, temptations are still there but I am daily asking God for renewed strength to overcome my weakness. MY weakness is quite dark, a very shady one. I believe even as Christians we are not removed from the Devil's crosshair.. we become a more prominent target for him, the idea is to make people or yourself do things that keeps you away from God.

But remember, God is not surprised at all, in fact he knows before you even sinned.. But what he wants from you is to repent, the remorse you feel is a sign of conviction already..

So do not feel ashamed, just pray and know the truth, the word of God says it all,
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Do not have to run from him.. He is a loving father and is always ready to receive you back, God has forgiven you before you even ask..

Honestly.... I have lacked a word but said Jesus have mercy. It happened to me while at college, drinking to losing sense in the end my male friends raped me but it has left my mind though memories never end but am free because I gave my life to Christ & stopped drinking completely. Sorry for what happened. It happened for a reason you will know soon. Jesus loves you, quit drinking beloved. Plz change your profile name if you don't mind. "Bottom of the bottle" to me means drinking all the beers in the bottle leaving it empty messing your brain, according to what happened to you. Praying for deliverance, strength, comfort & courage in your life. Stay calm.
