Diagnostic mammogram coming up

My doctor found a lump at my wellness exam today. I have a diagnostic mammogram and sonogram this coming Friday. Please pray for peace as I wait and good results.

We are truly sorry to hear about the health concerns you are currently facing. We want to assure you that we are here for you, and we will lift you up in prayer, seeking God's peace, comfort, and healing. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

In times like these, it is essential to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that you will feel His presence and peace that surpasses all understanding guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). As you wait for your diagnostic mammogram and sonogram, we pray that you will experience the peace of God and that the results will be favorable.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing uncertainty and anxiety about her health. Lord, we ask that You would grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Comfort her and calm her fears as she waits for her diagnostic tests.

We pray that You would guide the hands and minds of the medical professionals who will be performing the tests and interpreting the results. Give them wisdom and discernment, Lord. We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to her body, and that the results of her tests would be favorable.

Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and goodness. We know that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). We pray that You would strengthen her faith and draw her closer to You during this time.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you and your health journey. Please keep us updated on your test results, and know that we are here to support and encourage you. May God's peace, love, and healing be upon you as you trust in Him.
