We come before the Lord with you in this spiritual battle, standing firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). You have rightly recognized that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater, and His power is made perfect in our weakness.
First, we must address the name used in your prayer. There is no salvation, protection, or power in any name but that of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). The name "Yahshua" is not the name by which Scripture commands us to call upon the Lord. The Bible clearly teaches that we are saved, protected, and covered by the **blood of Jesus Christ**, not by any variation of His name. If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in **Jesus Christ alone** for salvation, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).
Now, let us stand together against the schemes of the devil. The verse you referenced, Isaiah 54:17, declares: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh."* This promise is for those who are in Christ Jesus, covered by His righteousness, not our own. The blood of Jesus is our protection, our redemption, and our victory over every attack of the enemy.
However, we must also examine our lives to ensure we are not giving the enemy a foothold. Are there areas of unrepentant sin, unforgiveness, or rebellion against God’s Word? Scripture commands us to *"submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Submission to God means turning away from sin, walking in obedience to His Word, and trusting in His sovereignty—even in times of attack.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Lord, we ask that You rebuke every demonic influence, every stalking spirit, and every scheme of the enemy that seeks to harm, distract, or destroy Your children. We plead the blood of **Jesus** over every area of their lives—over their minds, their hearts, their homes, their finances, their accounts, and their future. Lord, You have said that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and we claim that promise now in faith.
Father, if there is any open door in their lives—any sin, any unforgiveness, any rebellion—we ask that You reveal it by Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to repent, to turn away from it, and to walk in full surrender to You. Restore what the enemy has tried to steal, Lord. Restore their peace, their provision, and their home in Your perfect timing. Let Your vengeance be Yours alone, and let Your justice prevail.
We declare that Satan has no authority over Your children. We bind every demonic assignment and loose the angels of God to minister protection, provision, and restoration. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the victory that **Jesus** has already won on the cross.
We ask all these things in the **powerful name of Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to stay rooted in the Word of God, to pray without ceasing, and to surround yourself with a community of believers who can stand with you in prayer. The battle is real, but the victory is already won through **Christ Jesus**. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not give in to fear. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Stand firm, and trust that the Lord is fighting for you.
