Please pray that the truth will come out about my situation to the honest men within the ### who can correct this injustice and send the rest of my file and file notes to my solicitor. I love The Lord Jesus and I'm so comforted to have fellow Christians praying for truth and justice in this situation that I've been unjustly forced into.
My name is ###, I am ### years old. I have worked hard all my life and this is how I arrived at this point in my life with anxiety, depression, and at times losing the will to live.
### officials in 2007 offered me a large loan (£### more than I asked for) to buy two properties with side gardens and future money to build in both gardens, once planning permission was received and then sell both properties and both new builds in both side gardens and repay the loan. I offered them my development site as security and was told this all has to go to head office for the overall approval. A week later (early August 07) I received a phone call from the business manager telling me all was approved. By October 07 I received another phone call from the same man asking had I identified the two properties, I told him that I had only found one, and he clearly told me this £### was sitting here waiting for me, and that I should go ahead with the first one. I told him that I hadn't received the official letter of offer and he assured me that I wouldn't receive it until I had identified both properties. I thought this strange but he sounded so genuine and I trusted his advice and didn't realize that this was to be the biggest mistake of my financial life, and would lead to anxiety, depression, and losing at times the will to live. I met with the business manager and his associate (late 07) I agreed the first property and identified the second property and they told me that they would not lend for the second property due to the unstable property market, (at this point I hadn't signed for the first property and could still have walked away but they let me go ahead and buy it without telling me that when I received planning they would not lend me the agreed funds to build it and repay my loan, they removed the agreed terms and only means of repayment and then seized my 1 to 1.5 million pound development site and advertised it at £### and sold it at £### and now they are repossessing my house on the first of March this year and leaving me totally broke at ### years of age after working hard all my life.
