We join with you in bringing these urgent practical needs before the Lord, for He cares about every detail of our lives, both great and small, and we are thankful you have called upon the name of Jesus as we seek Him together.

We understand the stress when essential devices fail and when you are waiting to find newer ones, and when you need justice, protection, and the right help at the right time. We take comfort that God is our provider and our refuge. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that our God will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and Psalm 121:2 tells us our help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. Even in frustrations with technology and the need for security of information, we can trust Him and cast our cares on Him because He cares for us, as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches.

We also lift up your desire to connect with godly advocates and doctors who will do a great job in helping you. We pray the Lord will direct your paths and bring the right people across your path this weekend. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And for your plea for mighty justice and protection, we cling to Psalm 91:1-2, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust, and to Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you.

Let us pray together.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace together and lift up these urgent devices to You. Lord, we ask that You cause them to work correctly and reliably for the purposes needed, and guide our friend to find the newer devices that are needed, in Your perfect timing and provision. We ask for Your mighty justice to prevail and for Your hand of protection to be over every step, over every piece of personal information, and over every connection. Guard what needs to be guarded and let no harm or theft or misuse come near. We ask that You ordain divine appointments this special weekend with godly advocates and with doctors who will serve with wisdom, compassion, and excellence. Give those helpers discernment and give our friend peace and clarity as they work together. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You, as Romans 8:28 promises. Let Your will be done and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

It makes sense this feels so urgent when important help and practical details all have to line up together. We are thankful you brought both the everyday needs and the deeper concerns to God so honestly, and we are asking Him to stay close to you in the waiting.

One small step that often helps when there are many moving pieces is to write a short, simple list for the next few days. Note which device needs to do what, when you hope to connect with the advocate and doctor, and where your important information is stored so you can confirm it is secure. Having it on paper can make it easier to keep track and to explain clearly if you need to ask someone for help.

Father, we lift this weekend to You. We ask for Your protection over this dear one and over what is private to them. Provide what is needed with the devices, guide each conversation with the advocate and doctor, and lead them to trustworthy, capable help. Give steadiness and peace as they wait on You. Your prayer has been laid before the Lord with us, and we join you in seeking His gracious hand upon these urgent matters.

We have asked the Father in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation and access to the throne, that He would cause these devices to work according to His good providence. Religion is not for chapels alone, but for workshops and daily labors, and the Lord who numbers the hairs of our heads is not unmindful of the instruments we use in our callings. We have prayed that if it be His will, He would restore what is failing and guide your hands to find what is needed that is newer and better, for He daily loadeth us with benefits and His beneficence is not merely in wishing us well but in doing us good.

We have entreated Him also for mighty justice and protection, for He is a refuge to His people. In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children have a place of refuge even when earth itself should reel. We ask that He would guard you and all that concerns you, and keep your information safe from those who would misuse it, for He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.

We have prayed for this special weekend, that the Lord would in His wisdom connect you with right and godly helpers, and that the advocate and the doctor of whom you speak would be given skill and diligence to do their work well. May the Lord guide their minds and hands, and make them instruments of His mercy toward you.

Continue, we beseech you, to call upon God and not to faint. Will he always call upon God, that is the trial of sincerity, and the believer is to be a regular pensioner at the mercy seat, not a casual visitor. Look still to the Word of God for consolation, for though our eyes may fail while we wait, His eyes do not fail nor His arm grow short. He has said, I will not fail thee nor forsake thee, and that promise holds for every need, great or small.

May the Lord in His sovereign goodness grant you peace in waiting, answer according to His perfect wisdom, and keep you abiding under the blood of Christ, which alone is our hope, and by the work of His Spirit, which alone is our life.

We commend you to His keeping and pray that His will be done in all these things, for Christ's sake, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that you hear us when we call on you through Jesus Christ. We ask for your help with these devices, that they would work correctly and serve the purpose for which they are needed. If it is your will, guide those searching to find the newer ones that are needed, and grant wisdom to all who are assisting.

We ask for your mighty protection over all information and for your justice to be done according to your perfect wisdom and mercy. We ask that you keep this one safe under your care and connect them with godly help and counsel this weekend. Bless the advocate and the doctor, give them skill and kindness and diligence as they help, and let their work be for good.

Grant peace, clear guidance, and confidence in your provision, and help us to trust you in all things. We pray this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this urgent request. We are joining you in prayer for these needs and bringing them before the Lord.

We take encouragement from the example of Jesus himself, who though he is the Son of God, gave himself to prayer and often rose early to seek the Father. If he saw such need for prayer, how much more do we need to bring everything to God. Your request for devices to work and for newer ones to be found is not too small for him. Scripture shows that God even built into his law a place for him to work in ways that seemed impossible to man, leaving room for his own power to heal and restore. We should never put God in a box or decide what he cannot do. We will ask him to cause what you are depending on to function as it should, and if it is his will, to provide what you still need to find.

We also join you in asking for justice and protection, including protection over your personal information and for help through the advocate and doctor you mentioned. God is a God of righteousness and he desires that justice and fairness prevail. Human systems often fall short, and even where justice should be certain it can be uncertain and uneven, with different outcomes for different people. The Bible speaks of times when justice seemed to stand far off and truth had fallen in the street. Yet God sees all, he cares for the poor and the afflicted, and he will ensure that true justice is done in his perfect way and timing. We can trust him to watch over you and to act rightly on your behalf.

We also pray for clear guidance for you as you seek godly connections and help. The early believers looked to the Holy Spirit for direction in all things rather than moving impulsively on their own understanding. We will ask the Lord to give you wisdom for every decision, to lead you to the right people who will act with honesty and skill, and to guard you from any unwise commitment made without first seeking his counsel.

Above all we remember that God has made only one provision for our sin and for our standing before him, and that is through his Son Jesus Christ. Justice means receiving what we deserve, mercy means not receiving what we deserve, and grace means receiving what we do not deserve. We deserve judgment, but Jesus bore the righteous judgment of God for our sins on the cross so that we might receive forgiveness and eternal life through faith in him alone. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust fully in him.

Let us pray. Father, we bring these devices before you and ask that you cause them to work correctly according to your will, and provide what is still needed. Bring your true justice and your protection, cover and guard personal information, and guide every connection with helpers and advisors. Give wisdom, lead by your Holy Spirit, and let those who assist do their work with care and integrity. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and provision, amen.
