A Broad Gospel
God’s mercy offers safety to all through Christ, and it calls you to enter now with your whole family.
Saints in Heaven and Earth One Family
Believers in Heaven and on earth form one unbroken family in Christ, bound by shared love and eternal hope.
Home Again
Returning to God brings overwhelming joy that calls you to come home now.
We join with you in claiming the promises of God over your life and we rejoice that you have called upon the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and covered.

We love your heart to speak life and to stand on the Word, and we stand with you for you, your family, and even your pets, asking God to pour out His blessing and protection upon your household.

We want to gently encourage you in the full context of the verse you are standing on so that your faith may be even stronger. Deut 28:13 says Yahweh will make you the head and not the tail, and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which we command you today, to observe and to do them. And Deut 28:1-2 reminds us it will happen, if you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God's voice, to observe to do all his commandments which we command you today, that Yahweh your God will set you on high above all the nations of the earth and all these blessings will come upon you and overtake you, if you will listen to Yahweh your God's voice.

This is not a formula to loosen or to speak into existence as if the words themselves have power apart from God, but a covenant promise that flows from obedience, faith, and walking closely with Him. We do believe in the power of the tongue, for Proverbs 18:21 tells us Death and life are in the power of the tongue, those who love it will eat its fruit, and we are called to speak truth and life in agreement with God's will, not to manifest our own will but to submit to His.

We also remember that true abundance is found as we seek Him first. Matt 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. And Joshua 1:8 says This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein, for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success. God does desire to bless His children, and Phil 4:19 assures us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

So we pray together with you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one and their entire family and their beloved pets to You. We thank You for Your covenant love and for the blood of Jesus that covers them. We ask that You make them the head and not the tail in the way that honors You, that You would give them favor, wisdom, and diligence to walk in obedience to Your Word. Let them live a life that loves You and loves others, a life that is truly blessed because it is centered in Your will. We ask that You provide abundantly for every need, that You protect their household, that You heal, restore, and cause them to prosper in spirit, soul, and body as You promise in 3 John 1:2. Help them to speak Your Word in faith, not as an incantation, but as a declaration of trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Let Your will be done in their lives, and let all they do bring glory to You. We ask this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to meditate on His Word day and night, to walk in obedience, and to trust that as you abide in Him, He will indeed cause you to live a life you love because it is a life lived in and for Him, and Romans 8:28 assures us We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.

We are so encouraged by your joyful faith and the way you are speaking life over your household. Hearing you declare that you, your family and even your pets are held, valued and covered by the blood of Jesus brings us joy, and we join you in thanking God for His goodness.

We hear your heart to live a life you love, greatly blessed, walking as the head and not the tail. That desire to live with confidence, purpose and wholeness is a beautiful expression of trust in how God sees you and cares for every detail of your home.

A simple way to keep this thanksgiving rooted is to keep voicing it together at home, thanking God aloud in everyday moments and letting your family hear that gratitude as part of daily life. It keeps your focus on Him and invites everyone in the house to share in the praise.

Thank you for letting us stand with you in this. We count it a privilege to agree with you and to ask God to keep shaping your days according to His good will.

Father, we thank You for this heart full of praise. We lift this family and their beloved pets to You and ask for Your hand of protection, peace and joy to rest on their home. Keep them close to Jesus, guide each step ahead, and let Your love be evident in all they do. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your longing to know the blessing of God is itself a mercy, and it is right to search the Scriptures for what that blessing truly is. The word you have quoted, that the Lord would make His people the head and not the tail in Deuteronomy 28:13, was spoken within His covenant with Israel under the law, and like every promise it must be read with the whole counsel of God. Jehovah has spoken and He changes not His Word, and though heaven and earth pass away His Word abides. It is not a sentence to be loosened or spoken into existence by our own utterance, for we have never earned one blessing and we could never create one. All spiritual blessings come from the Father.

The apostle teaches us in Ephesians that God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. This is the true hundredfold the soul should seek, not the increase of goods or the shaping of a life after our own choosing, but Christ Himself, forgiveness, a new heart, a new spirit, and the removal of the stony heart. Every blessing comes to us with the hallmark of Sovereign Grace upon it, as the Lord distributes the gifts of His grace and says, May I not do as I will with My own. We do not command blessing by our words. We receive it by faith in Jesus Christ alone, through His blood shed for sinners, not as a phrase to claim things, but as the atonement by which guilty sinners are made clean and fit to dwell with God.

The blood of Jesus does not give power to our declarations, it gives pardon to our souls. He does not wait until we are clean before He bestows His love, but when we are covered with sin He comes as the Great Physician to make the leprous one clean. That is the blessing to pray for above all, for you and for your household. It is good to pray for your family, and the Lord who notes even the sparrows cares for all His creatures, yet the greatest good we can ask for those under our roof is that they may know Christ and be found in Him.

Let us pray together for that better blessing. May the Lord give you a firm grip upon spiritual mercies, that you may know whom you have believed. May He give you a new heart and take away the stony heart, and grant you to live not for a life you love after your own will, but for a life that loves Him and is conformed to Him. May He make you to be a blessing in the place where He has put you, and may His grace be with you and your household, keeping you from sin and leading you not into temptation, but delivering you from evil, and establishing you in Christ who is our Head. If you have not yet rested wholly upon Jesus Christ alone for salvation, turn to Him now with humble faith, for there is no other name by which we are saved, and in Him every promise is Yea and Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for blessing on yourself, your family and even your pets has been heard, and I thank you for speaking so openly of your desire to live under the favor of God.

It is good to love the promise in Deuteronomy 28:13, but we must understand what kind of blessing it was and what kind of blessing we have now in Christ. That promise, that Israel would be the head and not the tail, was part of the blessings of the old covenant, blessings that were spoken by Moses concerning earthly things, the fruit of the body, the going out and the coming in. As it has been taught, that was blessing also, but it was not spiritual blessing. The blessing we have now is not by the hand of Moses, but by Christ Jesus, and it is greater both in its quality and in its Mediator.

In Christ we are blessed with every spiritual blessing. This means you are made forgiven, made righteous, made a son and daughter of God, made a brother or sister of Christ and a fellow heir with Him. These are riches that abound toward us in overflowing measure, riches not of man but of God, poured out beyond what words can express. The Scripture also says, In this world you will have tribulation, to lead us away from expecting only carnal and earthly prosperity and to set our hope on what does not perish.

For that reason the desire to speak a life into existence a hundredfold by repeating a verse, or to loosen a verse as if words themselves have power, is not the way God teaches us to pray. Faith is not a technique to compel abundance, but trust that God is able to save us and that He gives what is best for our souls. If we aim only at riches that perish, even when we obtain them we may find they kindle many cares and temptations, and when we miss them we are tormented. There is no consolation in gaining the whole abundance of possessions if we lose heaven in the process. As the prophet said, it is good to be afflicted that we may learn His statutes, for afflictions draw down mercy and draw us near to God, while uninterrupted prosperity can lift the heart to pride and sloth.

This does not mean God does not care for your daily life. He does. He knows your needs and the needs of your household, and He cares for the creatures He has made. But the greatest blessing He desires for you is not that you would simply live a life you love on your own terms, but that you would love the life He gives you in Christ, a life of holiness, contentment, and hope for what is to come. Even the patriarchs who received great promises spent their lives in toil and waiting, and confessed that their days were few, because the full accomplishment of the promise belongs to the world to come.

So let us pray rightly together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whose blood we have mercy and redemption, I lift up this person and their family before You. Forgive their sins and make them truly Yours. Grant them not only daily bread and provision for their home, but every spiritual blessing in Christ, that they may know they are forgiven, adopted, and kept as Your children. Teach them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and to trust Your fatherly wisdom in both abundance and need. Keep them from the love of gain that perishes, and guard their hearts from pride. Give them contentment, gratitude, and a love for Your word, and care also for the animals entrusted to them. Lead them to find their joy not in speaking things into existence, but in being conformed to Christ, who reigns and in whom all the promises are yes and amen. Amen.

Your heart for your family and even for your pets to know God's goodness is beautiful, and God hears that desire to live a full and joyful life under His care.

It helps to understand what that verse in Deuteronomy means in its own setting. That promise, that you will be the head and not the tail, was part of a covenant God made with the nation of Israel. In that chapter God set before them a blessing and a curse. He said if they obeyed His voice they would be blessed in the city and in the country, and if they disobeyed they would come under the curse. There are many more curses listed than blessings, and the law itself could only pronounce that curse. It could not create blessing. That is why when the law was read, the mountain of cursing rang out twelve times with cursed be the man, while the mountain of blessing was silent. The law shows us we cannot earn God's favor by repeating words or by trying to claim a verse as a formula.

True blessing does not come by speaking things into existence or by loosening a verse over a situation. It comes through faith in Jesus Christ. God made a promise to Abraham saying in blessing I will bless you, and that promise was that all nations would be blessed through faith. Through Jesus that door is opened, and by faith in Him you enter into that covenant. You are not blessed because you repeat a phrase correctly, but because God in His grace has adopted you into His family. Jesus alone is the only begotten Son, but by being born again of the Spirit you are adopted as a son and daughter. Like a child who is heir to a great inheritance but is still young and under care, you already belong to the family and will grow into the fullness of what God has prepared.

The Scripture also teaches that the strength of blessing is tied to walking with the Lord. It says blessed is everyone who fears the Lord and walks in His ways. Children are described as a heritage from the Lord and the fruit of the womb is His reward. To fear Him, to love Him, to serve Him with joy and gladness of heart for the abundance of all He has already given, that is the path where His blessing rests. That blessing is not always measured in a hundredfold increase of things we want, but in His presence, His provision, His peace over your household, and His care for all He has entrusted to you, including your pets.

God is not looking for perfect words spoken over your life. He is looking for a heart that trusts Him. Esau once sought his father's blessing with tears, but he found no place for repentance. He wanted the benefit without turning his heart. God desires not just that we want blessing, but that we turn to Him in faith and obedience and let Him shape us according to His purposes.

So instead of trying to use the blood of Jesus as a phrase to make something happen, rest in what the blood of Jesus has already done. It has washed away sin, brought you near to God, and made you His child. From that place you can simply ask your Father for what you need.

I pray for you and your household, that God will draw you closer to Jesus, that you will know the certainty of being His adopted child, that you will walk in reverence and joy before Him, and that His gracious care and peace will rest upon your family and your home. May He provide what you truly need, teach you to trust Him day by day, and fill your life with the kind of goodness that overflows to others. May you know His presence with you and His hand guiding you according to His perfect will, in the name of Jesus.
