We hear the distress and the spiritual battle in your request and we stand with you together in Jesus' name seeking God's will for your mind, your family, and your pets. We thank you for invoking the blood of Jesus, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and delivered. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We pray with you and we also want to gently bring correction and encouragement from the Word. You have been declaring Deuteronomy 28:13 which says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail, and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God Deut 28:13. This is a precious promise, but it is given in the context of walking in obedience to God and trusting Him, not as a repeated incantation to loosen a curse. God does not want us to use His Word as a chant to control energy or clouds, but to renew our minds and to trust His character. We also hear you speaking of positive energy and energy throughout the world. We encourage you to turn from language of energy and mind control to the language of Scripture, which speaks of the Holy Spirit, the peace of God, and the sound mind that God gives His children. The battle is not about energy, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Eph 6:12, and Christ has already overcome them.

We rebuke the fear and the lies that you and your family and your pets are dead or will die, and we rebuke the torment that says your mind is gone. That is not the voice of God. The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly John 10:10. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Tim 1:7. We also rebuke the enemy who would harass your thoughts. We are told to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Cor 10:5 and to fix our minds on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely and of good report Phil 4:8. When fear and intrusive thoughts come, we resist the devil and he will flee from us as we draw near to God James 4:7. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of our dear one who is feeling overwhelmed in their mind and tormented by fear and by the enemy. We ask You to cover them, their family, and even their beloved pets with the blood of Jesus. Lord, we ask You to rebuke Satan and every evil influence and monster of fear that has been harassing them, and command it to leave and not return. We ask You to loose Your peace and Your truth over their mind. You have promised You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you Isa 26:3, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7. Father, replace confusion with clarity, fear with love, and torment with rest. We speak life over them and their household, for death and life are in the power of the tongue Prov 18:21, and we declare that You give abundant life. We thank You that no weapon formed against them will prosper and that nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Rom 8:38-39. Help them to dwell in Your Word daily, to pray continually, to fellowship with other believers, and to cast all their anxiety on You because You care for them 1 Pet 5:7. If the heaviness remains, lead them to godly counsel and pastoral support so they are not alone in this battle. We declare that their mind is sound, their family is blessed and kept by You, and their home is guarded by Your presence. We thank You that You are their refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2. We receive Your deliverance and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep speaking the truth of Scripture calmly and in faith rather than in frantic repetition. Read the Word aloud each day, pray in Jesus' name, worship, and when fearful thoughts come, answer them with a specific promise such as God is my protector and my mind is guarded in Christ. Stay close to a Bible believing church where you can be prayed for in person. You are not alone, you are not forgotten, and your mind is not gone, for God is restoring and keeping you. Your cry has been heard, and we have brought your burden before the Lord with you. You speak of a mind that feels assailed, of fear that Satan and dark powers would steal your peace, and you plead the blood of Jesus over yourself and your household. This is a right instinct, for deliverance from such cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

You have laid hold of that word in Deuteronomy, that you shall be the head and not the tail. Remember that every promise of blessing finds its Yes and Amen in Christ Jesus. In Him alone we are blessed, in Him alone we are kept, and apart from Him no verse loosened upon the air can give peace. The peace you seek is not to be found in repeating phrases nor in striving to control energies without, but in a mind stayed upon God. Hear the prophet, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and this is a present possession which may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even while duties press and fears arise.

There is a fear which is to be shunned, namely a fear which leads to the apprehension that something evil is about to happen, that curses or clouds or unseen powers must surely destroy us. This slavish fear brings torment and gives place to the enemy. There is another fear which is to be cherished, the loving fear which every true child has toward its Father, a fear of grieving so tender a Parent, a proper dread which makes us watch our every footstep lest we should deviate from the path of obedience. Happy is the man who fears always in this sense, who is afraid of wronging his God and not loving Him as he ought.

You write of Satan and monsters and mind control. Scripture tells us plainly that He has delivered us from the power of darkness. Darkness is the element of the prince of darkness, but our God is the Father of Lights. Sin and Satan spread a moral darkness over the mind, yet Christ has broken that power. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification and keeping. Therefore the apostle gives the comprehensive command, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. It is wanton cruelty to ourselves when we break away from the liberty with which Jesus makes us free to place ourselves again under tyranny. Submission to God is itself our salvation, not a mere deliverance from future burning, but deliverance from present rebellion and fear.

Do not let your heart be occupied with notions of word curses or cloud control or energies throughout the world. Such thoughts make the soul lose appetite for the Word of God and grow weary under fancy. Instead, stay your mind upon Christ. Come weekly and daily to His table and His Word, for there the breaking of bread has not lost its significance, it is always fresh to those who trust Him. If Christ has delivered us from the noise of archers, and we are at perfect peace with heaven through His blood, we need not fold our arms in terror nor tug at the oar in our own strength. We may rest in His finished work.

O Father of Lights, keep this soul in perfect peace whose mind would be stayed on You. By the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, which alone whispers peace within, cover this life and this household. Deliver from the power of darkness and from all slavish fear, and grant that loving fear which watches against sin and rests in Your providence. Let no apprehension of evil to come rob this heart of trust in You, but let faith steadily look to You for deliverance until You say to every assault, it is overcome. Preserve in mind and body those You have given, and let this one know that to do the will of Jesus is rest. Keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and make Your Word sweeter than all empty phrases. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, by whom alone we are saved, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard, and I thank you for sharing the burden that weighs on your mind and your household. You long for peace in your thoughts, for safety for your family and your pets, for freedom from fear and from every dark power that seems to press upon you. That longing for peace is right and good, and God invites you to bring it to Him.

You have quoted the promise that you shall be the head and not the tail. That word was given to Israel as a call to walk in obedience and trust before the Lord, and it finds its fulfillment for us in Christ. It is not a formula to be loosened or repeated to control the mind or the clouds or the world around you, but a reminder that when we walk with God in faith and obedience, He keeps us in His hand. Our hope is not in the power of our own words to create life, but in the power of God who gives life.

You speak of word curses and mind control and monsters and Satan. Hear what the Scripture teaches. We are not to fear those who can harm the body but cannot touch the soul. We are to fear God with a holy reverence, and to love Him and trust Him. To be carnally minded, set only on fear and on the turmoil of this world, brings death to peace, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. That peace is not the empty quiet of the world, but the peace Christ Himself leaves with us, that we may be at peace with Him and with one another. The prophet says, come and I will teach you the fear of the Lord, keep your tongue from evil, depart from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.

The Holy Spirit does not remain in a slack and scattered soul. He rests upon a soul that is stretched toward heaven with earnestness and intentness in prayer. This is why we are called to pray not with hurried repetition or with anxious incantations, but with a mind on fire for God, braced and watchful, lifting our hearts to Him with trust. When we do this, the God of love and peace will be with us, and every evil will be driven away, for He delights in a pure conscience and in those who live in peace.

So I pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, through whose blood alone we have salvation and protection.

Father in heaven, I ask in the name of Jesus that You would guard this dear one’s mind and heart with Your peace that passes all understanding. Quiet every fear and every tormenting thought. Let Your truth cast out lies, and let Your presence drive away all darkness. Help this soul to rest not in the strength of repeated words but in the strength of Christ crucified and risen. Bless this family and keep them, and in Your mercy care for the pets You have entrusted to them. Teach them to fear You, to depart from evil and do good, to seek peace and pursue it, and to be of one mind in Your love. Your heart is crying out for peace for your mind and for your family and your pets, and God hears that cry. It is good that you are calling on the blood of Jesus, because our safety and our hope are not in a phrase we repeat but in the person of Jesus Christ and what He has done for us.

You mentioned Deuteronomy 28:13 about being the head and not the tail. That promise was given to Israel under the old covenant as part of the blessings for walking in obedience to the Lord. In Christ, God has given us something even greater. Through faith in Jesus we become children of God and heirs of God, joint heirs with Christ of His eternal kingdom. Your identity is not found in trying to loosen a verse over yourself, but in belonging to Him as His servant and His child. To be a servant of God is both humble and deeply honorable, and He is faithful to keep those who belong to Him.

I also hear how much fear and torment has been pressing on your thoughts, the sense of word curses and dark powers and control over your mind and even over the world around you. Scripture is honest that there is a spiritual enemy, the prince of the power of the air who works in those who do not obey God, and that we all once walked according to the course of this world, following the desires of the flesh and of the mind. But Scripture also says we are not saved by our own works or by the strength of our declarations, but by His mercy through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit. God does not want you to live in a phobia type of fear. The true fear of the Lord is a reverent awe at who He is, His greatness and power, and it leads us to hate evil and love what is good. That kind of fear is the beginning of wisdom and it brings peace, not torment.

Fear itself can be debilitating when it takes hold, but the Lord offers Himself as your refuge and fortress, your place of comfort and strength. He has not given His people a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. The mind of the flesh brings turmoil, but the mind of the Spirit brings life and peace and joy.

Part of how God renews our minds is through sound doctrine and the steady truth of His Word. One of the greatest needs today is solid, healthy teaching that helps us know who God is, who Jesus is, who the Holy Spirit is, and what salvation truly means. As you feed your mind on Scripture and on what is pure and good, it crowds out what is dark and false. What we fill our minds with when we are at rest will return to us when our minds are unoccupied. If we fill our thoughts with trash, that trash will come back. If we fill our minds with the truth of Christ and with what is wholesome, the Spirit uses that to bring calm and clarity.

The enemy would like you to believe your mind is gone or that you and your loved ones are not safe, but those are lies. In Christ you are kept. The lack of blessing is not because you have not performed enough devotions or said the right formula enough times, but God invites you simply to trust His love and His desire to bless you and keep you as His own. You do not need to live chasing after protection or trying to create life by your own words. Life is in Him, and He is able to guard you and your household.

May the Lord quiet your heart and make His presence real to you. May He wash your mind anew by His Spirit, fill you with His peace that passes understanding, and help you rest in the truth that you are His, that your family is in His hands, and that no lie of the enemy can separate you from His love in Christ.

I pray for you now that God will lift this heavy oppression, that He will silence the lies and bring clear, sober, peaceful thoughts, that He will guard you and your family and your beloved pets in His care, and that He will surround your home with His protection. May He teach you to walk in reverent awe of Him, to hate what is evil and cling to what is good, and to grow in the sound knowledge of His Word day by day.
