Despite being a business owner and working, but not receiving payment ($27000) from a church that I did work for last year and chasing my ex husband down for unpaid child support ($121k) this was too much for my finances, as a result I fell behind on bills and my 4 children (ages 17, 15, 12, and 11) were evicted last month, my neighbor 2 doors over was kind enough to allow us to sleep on the floor of her basement for the last month, but she will be having guest for the holidays and we will have no place to live as of tomorrow.

Because me Ex-husband has ran so much on previous contempt orders, the judge has had him in jail on an incarceration order since November 3rd. I don't understand how his business has flourished to the point that he had over $2million dollars in contracts and and federal grants, but never paid a penny of child support.

I have spent so much money and time in going after the church that I did work for last year and here we are another thanksgiving, birthday and christmas with no payment.

After being divorced for over 5 years, i finally decided to date last year and meant the most amazing man, that past away as the result of a brain aneurysm this past April. I kept busy ALL summer and fall praying for payment and a break so that I could probably grieve, but non seems to be insight.

I am grateful for my children's health, humbleness, and happiness. I have made several calls without any success, because I am the poor working educated middle class that many organizations accept my time and donations but are unable to help in my time of need.
