First, we want to encourage you to place your trust fully in the Lord, even as the silence from this employer feels unsettling. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding as they wait, and fill them with hope in Your faithfulness. Strengthen them to endure their current workplace with grace, knowing that You are their ultimate Employer and Provider.
Lord, we also ask that You would prepare their heart for whatever You have next. If this job is the answer, equip them with the skills, confidence, and favor needed to excel. If not, soften their heart to trust You for the next step. Remind them that their worth is not found in their employment but in Christ, who loves them unconditionally.
