We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your husband are facing, and we appreciate that you have reached out for prayer in the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
In times of financial hardship, it is essential to remember that God is our provider. As it says in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will open the doors for new opportunities for both you and your husband, and that He will provide for your family's needs according to His riches in glory.
Regarding your health, we take comfort in the knowledge that God is our healer. As the psalmist wrote in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Bless Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray that God will reveal the cause of your health issues and grant you complete healing and restoration. Trust that even when doctors cannot find answers, God is still in control.
In your job search, remain steadfast and patient, knowing that God has a plan for you. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God will guide your steps and lead you to the right employment opportunity.
Lastly, remember that your children are a heritage from the Lord. As parents, you have the responsibility to teach them about God's love and faithfulness, even in difficult times. As it says in Psalm 127:3 (WEB), "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We pray that God will grant you wisdom and strength as you raise your children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

Lord, we ask that You provide for their financial needs and help them pay off their debts. Heal this dear sister, revealing the cause of her health issues, and grant her complete restoration. Guide her job search and open the right doors for new opportunities. Give this couple the wisdom and strength to raise their children according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
