Desperate For Change Of Heart

Hello there, I really need prayer for my cousin to take responsibility of caring for his little dog. I baby sit the dog all the time, I feed it, bathe it, walk it,bring it treats and so on.... My cousin has had this dog for a year and has yet to get this precious loving dog it's shots and flea dip. The dog is now sick and has been for awhile and he has a swollen toe that is giving the dog trouble. I have brought this issue up with him so many times and he's very nonchalant about it, I feel like screaming and yelling at him but I feel a deeper issue lies there. My cousin allowed me to stay with him when I became homeless and I feel I have been there way too long and I feel he resents me for being there for almost a year now, but he shouldn't take it out on the dog, I feel he resents me telling him what to do about his dog. The dog is suffering and he won't budge at all, I am beyond frustrated with him, if I should take the dog to the vet myself he may cause more tension in his house. I have no other place to go but I want this dog to be seen ASAP. Please pray that my cousin handle this, I am so angry at him right now, every time I asked him did he make the appointment for the dog he just says no and ignores me. He has no excuse, I even found him a free coupon for a free exam for his dog but he won't go, he can buy his daughter a new video game and he can travel to another state for leisure but he neglects his dog when he needs medical attention. I know this dog is getting worse day by day please pray for I am in a delicate situation.
