Beloved of All
My husband and I are under alot of stress we have share with his brother and wife at his late parents house we all four decided to sell the house the buyer did her paper work but now thats its time for us to sign papers they don't end up coming this causing us to stress because everything cost money they only acting this way because they selfish and greedy and very evil We use to live in my husband parents house and they at the back but we moved out because there constant harass gossip lies and aggressiveness So we decide to sell the house all together now they doing this selfish ways becuase theu want more money but the house can't be sell at that price becuase its not that big They are living in the house now we already paid bills of the house that don't pay we stressing bec this also affect my husband and I names

We hear the heaviness and stress you and your husband are carrying over this house and the division with his brother and his wife, and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord together.

We understand why you feel hurt and frustrated, having all agreed to sell your late parents house and then seeing the other party not come to sign, leaving you with costs and bills and worry over your names and finances, especially after you already moved out because of harassment, gossip, lies and aggressiveness. It is understandable to feel taken advantage of, but we gently encourage you to guard your hearts and mouths in this trial. The Word tells us Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. Even when others act selfishly or out of greed, we are called to not return evil for evil, but to overcome evil with good and to bless those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44, Romans 12:17-19. Calling them very evil may reflect your pain, but we are called to speak truth with grace and to leave vengeance and justice to the Lord, who sees all that is done in secret.

We also notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and peace in our distress. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you both to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ for salvation and for daily help, casting all your cares on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.

This situation involves both family reconciliation and stewardship, and God desires peace where possible. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. We encourage you and your husband to stand together in unity as one in marriage, which God honors as a lifelong covenant, and to seek godly and wise counsel to bring clarity and protection. That may mean putting every agreement about the sale in writing, seeking mediation through a trusted pastor or a neutral Christian mediator as taught in Matthew 18:15-17, and also seeking proper legal advice so your names and finances are not left vulnerable while they continue living in the house. A gentle answer turns away wrath Proverbs 15:1, so pursue calm, documented, honest communication rather than gossip or heated exchanges, and set healthy boundaries while still showing Christlike love.

Do not be anxious about the financial pressure, for God knows your needs. We are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this husband and wife to You. Lord, You see the stress, the financial burden, the broken trust and the pain caused by this family division over the house. We ask You to bring Your peace that passes understanding over their hearts and their marriage, and to guard them from anxiety and bitterness. Lord, soften the hearts of the brother and his wife, convict where there is greed or selfishness, and draw all four of you toward honesty, fairness and reconciliation. Give this couple wisdom to handle every paper, bill and agreement with integrity and wise counsel, protect their names and resources, and provide for every cost according to Your riches. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, to speak with grace and truth, and to pursue peace without compromising what is right. Let this trial be used for Your glory and for the healing of this family, and let Your will be done in the sale of this house in Your perfect timing. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying together as husband and wife, to stay united, to keep clear records of all payments and communications, and to trust that God is your ultimate defender and provider. He is faithful and He will not abandon you in this.

We have been praying with you over this house situation and the weight it is putting on you and your husband. Having to move out to find peace and then trying to do the right thing together by selling, only to have the signing stall, would leave anyone feeling stuck and drained. It makes sense you are feeling stressed when bills keep coming and your names are tied to a house you no longer live in.

We know you cannot control what your brother-in-law and his wife choose to do, and trying to change their motives only adds to the pressure. What can help is focusing on what you can steady.

One practical step is to get a clear, neutral set of eyes on the paperwork. If you do not already have one, a local legal aid clinic, housing counselor, or trusted mediator can review what you signed, what the buyer signed, and what options you have if one party will not sign. Keep copies of bills you have paid and keep communication in writing when you can, so there is a clear record.

It also helps to build in recovery from the ongoing stress. Chronic pressure without rest wears down the body and mind, so leaning on a small circle of support, rest, and honest conversation with your husband about limits can keep you from carrying this alone.

Father, we bring this couple to You in Jesus name. Give them wisdom for each decision, provision for the costs, protection for their names and peace in their home. Guide the sale according to Your will and guard their hearts from bitterness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your trial has been brought before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with much sympathy the burden that now presses upon you and your husband.

To be entangled in strife concerning an earthly inheritance is a sore affliction, and doubly so when the contention is within the family and touches your good name and your daily provision. The house of a departed father and mother, which should be a place of memory and peace, has become a place of contention, and you have felt it needful to remove from it for the sake of peace. That you now find yourselves still bound to it by bills and by papers unsigned, while others act from what seems to you a grasping spirit, is a trial that may well cause heaviness of heart.

Remember that the inheritance which God has prepared for His saints and given to them by a covenant of salt is exceedingly broad, and far more sure than houses or lands. We obtain by faith the pardon of sin and adoption into the family of God, and all things are ours in Christ, though for a season we may wander as in a wilderness and feel ourselves straitened. Your earthly title deeds may be delayed and disputed, but your title in Christ is examined and found perfect, requiring no lawyer to make it good, for it is sealed by His blood. Let not the fretfulness about this temporal possession cause you to forget the imperial inheritance which is already yours and which no brother can withhold.

The Lord has placed you in a family, and He will judge each one according to his own deeds. It is a grief when those who should dwell together in unity are divided by suspicion and harsh words, by gossip and aggressiveness. Yet even this may be overruled for good if it drives you to that which is the nutriment of family piety. We fear that in many households family prayer is neglected, and woe comes when it ceases. Let your own house, though it be now removed from that other dwelling, be a house of prayer. There, in private and together as husband and wife, pour out your hearts before God. He hears the prayer of the distressed and He can give wisdom where human counsel fails.

We would exhort you not to repay evil with evil, nor to let bitter words take root in your hearts. To call others evil may ease the tongue for a moment, but it hardens the heart. Pray rather that the Lord would soften all hearts concerned, that selfish desire for more money would give way to justice and honesty, and that a fair and lawful course may be taken. Seek peace and pursue it, as far as it lies with you. In matters of sale and signature and debt, act with uprightness and seek wise and godly counsel, that your names may be kept clear and your obligations met before God and men. Be patient under delay, for the Lord often tries our faith by waiting, and He will provide for those who trust Him and walk honestly.

We will pray for you.

Our Father, we commend to Thy mercy this husband and wife who are pressed with care. Thou seest the dispute concerning this house, the unpaid bills, the papers unsigned, and the stress that weighs upon them. Give them wisdom to act with integrity, patience to endure delay, and grace to love those who oppose them. Let Thy peace rule in their hearts and in their home, and bring this matter to a just and speedy settlement according to Thy will. Above all, keep them in possession of that better inheritance which cannot be sold nor divided, even eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your burden has been heard and we are bringing you and your husband before the Lord in prayer in this time of great stress over the house and the sale.

We understand how heavy this is. You and your husband agreed with his brother and his wife to sell his late parents house together, a buyer was found and paperwork was done, and now at the time of signing they have not come. You have already moved out because of harassment and gossip and lies, you have carried bills that have not been repaid, and now your names and your finances are being affected while they remain living in the house and ask for more money than the house can rightly bring. It is understandable that you feel hurt and provoked to call this greed.

Scripture teaches us to look at the root of such conflicts. Every conflict has its beginning in covetousness or envy or vainglory. If we cut out the root there will be no fruit. When we learn to despise merely earthly things and to treasure what is above, we find peace. If money is withheld or property is lost, the loss does not truly injure us if our treasure in heaven is kept safe. The one who acts unjustly harms himself more than his neighbor, and the one who suffers wrong with thankfulness gains far more from God than what was taken.

For that reason we are also taught not to rush into conflict but to deprecate it, to wait with a noble spirit and freedom from vainglory. When we are dragged into a trial we are to stand firm, but when we are not summoned we are to remain quiet and wait for the proper time. Your victory will be more glorious and the work of the enemy more clearly overcome when you do not repay harshness with harshness. God also allows trials to become heavier near their end so that the righteous may gain more through patience, as He did with Abraham. What feels intolerable becomes tolerable when we see that God has the removal near at hand and intends to use the struggle for our good.

So we encourage you in this way. In all things give thanks to God, even in loss and delay. Thankfulness does not deny the pain but declares trust that God will provide and will be your vindication. Pray for your brother in law and his wife rather than cursing them, asking God to soften their hearts and to free all of you from covetousness. Seek peace as far as it depends on you, and seek wise and lawful counsel about the papers, the bills you have paid, and how to protect your names. Keep careful records, seek godly mediation if possible, and do not let gossip or anger rule your words or actions.

We are praying for you now.

Father in heaven, we bring this husband and wife before You in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne. You see their stress, the financial pressure, and the hurt caused by this family division. Grant them peace that guards their hearts, wisdom to act justly and quietly without vainglory, and patience to wait for Your timing. Provide for their needs, protect their good name, and make a way for what is right concerning this house and its sale. Work in the hearts of all four involved, taking away covetousness and envy, and lead them to what is fair and honest. Help this couple to give thanks in all things and to keep their treasure in You. In the name of Jesus we ask this, amen.
