desire to sew to the Spirit....help

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine strength and guidance to help ### overcome the lusts of the flesh. Your Word says in Galatians 5:16, "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." We pray that ### may be filled with Your Holy Spirit, walking in Your ways and finding victory over these temptations.
Father, we also pray against the spirit of doubt and uncertainty that ### is facing. Your Word assures us in James 1:6, "But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind." Strengthen ###'s faith, Lord, and grant the assurance and confidence that comes from trusting in You.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the work You are doing in ###'s life. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
