Humble Servant of All
Father ,
There are many days when I have to fight feelings of depression. You have strengthened me & caused me to know You in a deeper way. You still come through every time I feel down, even if I have to get in prayer all day & the next, You heal my emotions.
It is bothering me to read so many who are in deep depression & can not get out. I felt that way for years. You showed me that I could but the first thing I had to do was believe that I could by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Lord , You are a Mighty Healer. You caused Joseph to forget the pain of his past. You came to heal the broken hearted. It is written in Your Word that You will give beauty for ashes, the oil of joy instead of a heavy broken spirit.
I pray that all these Your children will come to the same knowledge of Jesus as the One they need more than anything or anyone else. Give them a garment of praise instead of mourning. Cause them to break into singing. Let them know that You know what it is like to be forsaken & You have given them the same grace to overcome. You said, 'I am never alone. My Father is always with me.
Help them to heal. Those who are at the end of relationships - help them to let go & leave these people in Your capable Hands. Turn them by Your Word to look to You.
