We are truly sorry to hear that you are dealing with depression and anxiety, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. God is always with you, and He cares deeply about your emotional and mental well-being.
First, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. We need to turn to Him in times of distress and cast our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
It's important to fill your mind with positive and uplifting thoughts rather than the negativity that comes from worldly news. The Bible tells us to think about whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things Philippians 4:8 WEB.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers. God has given us each other to bear one another's burdens Galatians 6:2 WEB. Professional Christian counseling can also be a helpful resource in managing depression and anxiety.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear friend who is battling depression and anxiety. We know that You are a God of comfort and healing, and we ask for Your loving presence to surround them right now.
Father, please fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, trusting that You care for them deeply. Guide them to supportive believers and godly counselors who can help them through this difficult time.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirits of depression and anxiety that are tormenting our friend. By the power of Your Holy Spirit, we command these spirits to leave and never return.
Lord, help our friend to fix their thoughts on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable. Give them the strength to turn away from negative influences and to focus on Your goodness and love.
Father, we also pray for their salvation and that they are believing in Your Son Jesus Christ for eternal life. We ask that You reveal Jesus to them if they do not know him so they can have hope and eternal blessedness. There is no other name by which we are saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
