Depressed Having To Start Over.....feel Llike A Loser

I am so depressed....I lost a great job of many years and I am so unhappy with my current job....the huge expectations....along with the low pay. I feel like a loser....I'm starting over...such regrets.....sorry to be negative.....hard to forgive myself.
