Depressed, discouraged, feeling forsaken. My oldest daughter looks down her nose on us, because we don't have money, her husband doesn't help matters at all, we haven't been able to see our granddaughter for awhile. No matter what-- she thinks she is better than us and prefers to be around her inlaws that can give her everything. Feeling brokenhearted.

Situations that seem hopeless are not always the way we perceive them to be. When we feel overwhelmed and outnumbered, we can remember that God is by our side. He can command his angels . . . to guard [us] in all [our] ways (Ps. 91:11).Dear God, please give me a glimpse of Your power today. Help me to believe that You are willing and able to help me in any situation I encounter.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I pray that you meet the needs of this individual. Father, along with this person, we join together in asking that you honor this person's prayer request, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
