Dear God, I do not take for granted all the positive things which YOU have blessed me, are blessing me and will bless me in the future with. I am tired though God. My heart is completely shattered. I do not feel any more. I feel dead. I do not want to fight the Depression, PTSD and Anorexia any longer. God please forgive me. God YOU know what is going on. God YOU know what I am asking for to happen. Please intervene with the paperwork to not work out and happen. Forgive me God. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
