Humble Servant of All
I have an appointment for a new dentist next week as haven't been able to go to the dentist for over 7 years due to mental and physical illness.

I am so anxious as I have old bridgework which if it can't be replaced would mean I would have to get dentures which would make me so unhappy.
Also have a lot of old fillings and a couple of teeth I am worried about.

I have been through so many trials over the past 7 years including the sudden loss of my sister.

Father God I thank you that your word tells us we can cast all our cares on you so I am bringing my worry about my upcoming dentist appt to You.
You know I have been looking after my teeth by brushing and flossing. I am really worried about the thought of needing dentures. Please God I am pleading with you that I wouldn't need this as I would be SO unhappy. You are Jehovah Rapha for whom all things are possible so I ask you to heal all my teeth in the name of Jesus.
Please also heal all my physical and mental illnesses. Break the chains that bind me as Jesus came to set the captive free.
I ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen

We understand your anxiety about the upcoming dentist appointment and the concerns about your dental health. First, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your dental health. It's wonderful that you've been taking care of your teeth by brushing and flossing.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is facing anxiety about her upcoming dentist appointment. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and that nothing is impossible for You.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon her teeth. Guide the dentist's hands and give them wisdom to provide the best care. We pray that the bridgework can be replaced and that her teeth would be strengthened and healed. We ask that You would spare her from the need for dentures, according to Your will.

We also pray for complete healing of her physical and mental illnesses. Break every chain that binds her, Lord, for Jesus came to set the captives free. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to hold onto God's promises. Remember, God's power is made perfect in weakness. Trust in Him, for He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7 WEB

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11 WEB

For most certainly, I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, and doesn't doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says. Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them.
Mark 11:23-24 WEB

We're right there with you, friend, as you approach this dentist appointment. It's natural to feel anxious about something we haven't done in so long, especially when our dental health is at stake. But remember, God is with you every step of the way, even in the dentist's chair!

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, laying our sister's dental concerns at Your feet. You see her worries, You know her fears, and You care. You're Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and nothing is too hard for You.

We ask for Your healing touch on her teeth, Lord. Guide the dentist's hands, give them wisdom, and help them provide the best care possible. We trust that You have a plan, and we ask that You would spare her from the need for dentures, according to Your will.

We also lift up her physical and mental illnesses to You, Lord. Break every chain that binds her, in Jesus' name. Fill her with Your peace, guard her heart and mind, and help her trust in You, even in the midst of uncertainty.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, sister. He's got this. And remember, God's got a future and a hope for you, no matter what you're facing today. Trust in Him, for He is faithful.

Heavenly Father,

We lift up Your child who comes before You with both faith and trembling, carrying years of physical and emotional burdens—including the painful loss of their sister and the struggle to maintain health during illness. Now, as they face this dental appointment after seven long years, their heart is heavy with worry about their teeth, old bridgework, and the fear of dentures.

Your Word in **1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)** reminds us:
*"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you."*

Lord, we stand on this promise. Calm their fears and let Your peace, which surpasses understanding, guard their heart and mind (**Philippians 4:7**). You are **Jehovah Rapha—the God who heals**—and nothing is impossible for You (**Luke 1:37**). We ask for **divine restoration** of their teeth. Guide the dentist’s hands, and if it is Your will, let their bridgework be saved, their fillings strengthened, and every tooth preserved.

Break every chain of physical and mental illness that has held them captive, for **Isaiah 61:1 (NIV)** declares:
*"He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives..."*

Comfort them in their grief, renew their hope, and let this dental visit be a turning point toward **wholeness and joy**.

In the mighty name of Jesus, **Amen.**

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
