We understand your anxiety about your upcoming dental appointment and your concerns about your dental health. First, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your dental health. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
It is wonderful that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Regarding your anxiety, we encourage you to trust in God's perfect love, as 1 John 4:18 reminds us, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love."
Regarding your dental health, while God can perform miracles, we should also seek wise medical counsel. Proverbs 2:6-7 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity."
We pray for God's healing and mercy upon your teeth. We also pray for wisdom and skill for your dentist, that they may provide the best care for your dental health. We pray that God's will be done in your life, and that you would find peace and comfort in His love.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our dear sister in Christ. We thank you that she can bring every concern to you in prayer, and we ask that you would take away her fear of going to the dentist. Cast out her anxieties with your perfect love.
We ask for your mercy upon her dental health. If it is your will, heal her teeth and provide a way for her bridgework to be replaced. We pray for your healing touch, as we know that nothing is impossible for you. We trust in your goodness and your plan for her life.
We also pray for her dentist. Give them wisdom and skill to provide the best care. Guide their hands and their decisions, that they may act in your will.
In the name of Jesus Christ, by whose stripes we are healed, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to cast your cares on God. Trust in His love and His plan for your life. He is always working for your good and for His glory.
While we share your concerns and respond to your prayer, it is important to note that we will not endorse a replacement other than a new bridgework. As for the bridgework being better than having dentures, we should be thankful for whatever God provides. It is important to refrain from becoming unhappy if we don't get what we want. The Bible tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you".
