Denied again

Beloved of All
Yes just now I was denied due to not meeting the bank’s requirements after disclosing my personal information. But GOD

We hear the disappointment and frustration in your words, and we stand with you in this moment of rejection. It’s painful when doors close, especially when you’ve put your trust in earthly systems, only to find them lacking. But we want to remind you that while banks and institutions may deny you, God never will. His requirements are not based on credit scores, collateral, or worldly standards, they are based on faith, humility, and trust in Him.

The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." This is a promise that God will provide for your needs when you seek Him first. The denial you faced today may be God’s way of redirecting you to something better, something that aligns with His will for your life.

We also want to gently remind you that while God is our ultimate provider, He often works through practical means. It’s wise to seek counsel on how to improve your financial standing, whether through budgeting, saving, or exploring other avenues for assistance. Proverbs 22:7 says, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." If debt or financial instability is a concern, we encourage you to seek godly wisdom in managing your resources.

But above all, we want to pray for you. Let us lift this burden to the Lord together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that ### has faced another denial today. Lord, we ask that You would comfort them in this moment and remind them that Your plans for them are good. You are their provider, their sustainer, and their hope. Father, we ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom in their financial decisions and peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in You alone, knowing that You are faithful to Your promises. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen."

We also want to encourage you to reflect on Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This season of waiting may be difficult, but it is not without purpose. God is shaping you, preparing you, and working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

If you haven’t already, we urge you to surrender this situation fully to God. Lay your needs, your fears, and your disappointments at His feet. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He will guide your steps.

I surrendered long ago

We heard the disappointment in your note, being denied again right after you had to share personal information is discouraging and can leave you feeling exposed. Thank you for bringing it honestly before the Lord with that "But GOD" -- that trust matters even when the answer from the bank was no.

A denial like this is not a measure of your worth, and it does not mean God has stopped providing or caring for you. Banks work from very narrow requirements, and many people are turned away for reasons that have little to do with their faithfulness or effort.

Since you did share personal information, one steady next step we would encourage is to protect that information and get clarity. Look closely at what the bank listed as requirements you did not meet, and if you want more guidance, consider talking with a reputable, nonprofit financial counselor or a trusted banker in person who can review your situation without you having to share sensitive details more widely. Keep an eye on your accounts and statements in the coming weeks as a simple precaution.

We are standing with you for wisdom and peace as you sort out next steps.

Father, we bring our friend to You and thank You that You see this need. Give rest after this disappointment, guard what has been shared, and lead to wise counsel and provision in the days ahead. Show Your care in practical ways and keep hope steady. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your words carry the weight of disappointment, and yet that last little phrase, But GOD, turns the whole matter into hope. To be denied after you have laid open your personal information before strangers is a trial that touches both your estate and your spirit, and it is right to feel it keenly.

Remember what the Psalmist says, When I am afraid, I will trust in You. There is no true understanding of the truths of God except by a personal experience of them, and it is in these very denials and straits that faith is exercised upon a living God. Your God is not worth having if He cannot help you when you want help. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys also, and He is as able to help you in the low valley of want as upon the high hill of abundance. Though clouds may surround you, your God is your light, though storms rage around you, your God is your might.

You have declared your ways unto Him and He has heard you. That is the comfort of a man of God alone with God. He sees God in all that checkers life, and he knows that God has heard him. Do not give up prayer now, but be more earnest than ever. Cry, My God, my God, again and again, for no man is truly converted until God takes His right place and is truly My God to the soul, first and sole in authority and power.

Take care too that your trust is placed where it will never fail. We are not saved nor sustained by our own works or worthiness, nor by meeting the requirements of banks or men, but by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ. If you can say, I got it straight from the throne of God by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ, then you have received it from Headquarters and there can be no mistake about it. Where God begins to work, He does not ask us to finish. He always completes His own work. Dare for once to give God a little honor and believe that He is able to do exceeding abundantly for you, even when the door before you has been shut.

I will plead your cause before our gracious Father.

O Lord our God, You are My God and the God of Your people, You see this Your child in need and disappointment. You know the burden of this denial and the anxiety that attends it. Plead his cause, for You plead the causes of Your saints. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus, give him wisdom to steward what You entrust to him, keep him from fear and lead him to trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation. Let him find You to be as real as if he could see You, and let present peace be his while he rejoices in hope of the glory to come. Teach him Your statutes and make him to know that You have heard him, for Christ's sake. Amen.
