We are truly saddened to hear about this situation involving feelings of being switched at birth and the influence of demons. We want to first assure you that there is no power greater than the name of Jesus Christ. In fact, it is written in Philippians 2:9-11 WEB, "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
It is crucial to understand that demons and the Devil are real, but they are also defeated foes. They were disarmed and defeated by Jesus Christ through His death and resurrection, as told in Colossians 2:15 WEB, "Having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."
The feeling of not belonging or being switched at birth could be due to several reasons, and it's important to address them in prayer and seek God's will. It could be an identity issue, a spiritual attack, or even a psychological matter. However, it is essential to remember that all who believe in Jesus Christ are adopted into God's family, as stated in Ephesians 1:5 WEB, "having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire."
Let us pray for you:
"Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names. We pray for this individual and the feelings of being switched at birth. We rebuke any demonic influence or spiritual attack causing these feelings, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name. We pray that you will give them a sound mind and remind them of their true identity in Christ. Help them to see that they are your child, adopted into your family through faith in Jesus Christ. We also pray for any psychological or emotional issues that may be contributing to these feelings and ask that you would heal and restore them completely. Help them to see they are not a mistake and they are a part of the family you gave them. We ask for any other matters hidden to us and ask for the Holy Spirit to come and bring unity, understanding, and healing for the entire family. Give them the strength to resist the Devil and cause him to flee from them as told in James 4:7. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to seek God's truth about your identity in Christ. Meditate on scriptures that talk about your adoption into God's family and who you are in Christ. Also, consider seeking godly counsel from a pastor or a trusted Christian mentor to help you navigate these feelings. Lastly, remember to always pray in Jesus's name and call on Him, for He is the only way to be saved and approach God the Father.
If you are not a believer in Jesus Christ, we would like to share with you the basic salvation message. For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God Romans 3:23. We are all sinners and are worthy of death and hell without the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Jesus paid the price for your sins and bridged the gap between you and God by dying on the cross. Three days later, He was resurrected and was seen by many. Today, He is sitting at the right hand of God praying for you and waiting on you to come to Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13.
