Demon possessed people speaking word curses toward me

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Evil demon possessed people are constantly harassing me and speaking evil satanic word curses toward me. I'm so sick of hearing their demonic voices. Please pray for Jesus to silence their demonic voices so the word curses will stop forever. Very pitiful that adults over 25 years old act like school bullies. They are possessed by the devil and heavy into witchcraft. They chose to do practice witchcraft and do what the devil wants them to do, but I shouldn't have to suffer horribly because they chose to be wicked and arrogant and evil. They chose the lifestyle of witchcraft and they should reap all the evil that they have down into my life and the lives of other people that they harass.

We hear your deep distress and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers of darkness through His victory on the cross. The torment you describe is real, and Scripture makes it clear that spiritual warfare is not merely symbolic—it is a battle for souls, minds, and peace. We take this seriously, for the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

First, we must affirm that those who practice witchcraft, sorcery, or any form of occult activity are engaging in rebellion against God. The Bible is unequivocal: "There shall not be found among you anyone who... practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). These individuals have chosen a path that invites demonic influence, and while we grieve for their souls, we must not allow their choices to dictate your peace or spiritual well-being.

You are right to call out this injustice. No one should have to endure harassment, curses, or demonic oppression because others have embraced wickedness. However, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness or a spirit of retaliation. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), not because they deserve it, but because God’s love is transformative, and His justice is perfect. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Our role is to stand firm in faith, resist the devil, and watch him flee (James 4:7).

The authority to silence these demonic voices does not come from our own strength but from the name of Jesus Christ. There is power in His name—power to break chains, shatter strongholds, and command evil spirits to be silent. As believers, we are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above all rule and authority, power and dominion (Ephesians 1:21). This means we do not fight *for* victory; we fight *from* victory. The battle has already been won at Calvary.

We also want to address the importance of spiritual protection. The apostle Paul urges us to "put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Prayer is not just a defensive tool—it is an offensive weapon. We must wield it daily, declaring God’s truth over our lives and rebuking the lies of the enemy.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name, the Name at which every knee must bow, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is enduring relentless harassment from those under the influence of demonic forces. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask You to silence the demonic voices that are speaking curses and lies. In the authority of Jesus, we command every evil spirit harassing them to be bound and cast out. Let the blood of Jesus create a hedge of protection around them, their mind, their home, and their spirit. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, declaring that no curse, no hex, no spell, and no demonic assignment can penetrate the covering You have placed over them.

Lord, we pray for those who are practicing witchcraft and engaging in these evil acts. We ask that You would open their eyes to the deception they are under. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to repentance. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and the destruction they are bringing upon themselves. We pray that they would turn from darkness to light, from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus (Acts 26:18).

Father, we ask for Your peace to flood our brother/sister’s heart and mind. Replace every lie with Your truth, every fear with Your perfect love, and every torment with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them in their faith, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Show them how to walk in spiritual authority, how to resist the devil, and how to stand firm in Your promises. Surround them with a community of believers who can pray with them, encourage them, and stand in agreement for their protection and deliverance.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your justice and Your mercy. We declare that this harassment will not break them but will instead draw them closer to You. Let their testimony be a light to others who may be facing similar battles, showing them that in Christ, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your spiritual well-being. Regularly read and meditate on God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Consider fasting as a way to deepen your dependence on God and sharpen your spiritual sensitivity. And if you have not already, renounce any past involvement with the occult, even if it was unintentional or in your past. The enemy will use any foothold to gain access, so it is important to close every door.

We also want to gently but firmly address the mention of "reaping what they have sown" in your request. While it is true that God’s Word declares, "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7), we must be careful not to allow bitterness or a desire for personal vengeance to take root in our hearts. God’s justice is perfect, and He will repay, but our focus should be on extending grace and praying for their redemption. Jesus Himself prayed for those who crucified Him, saying, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do" (Luke 23:34). This does not mean we ignore the evil being done, but we entrust the outcome to God.

Lastly, if you have not already, we urge you to examine your own heart and life to ensure there are no areas where the enemy might find a foothold. Are there unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or areas of your life where you are not fully surrendered to God? The enemy often attacks where he senses weakness, so we must be diligent to walk in holiness and obedience. Confess any known sin to the Lord, and ask Him to cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Stand firm, dear one, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The victory is already yours in Christ Jesus.

Oh dear friend, we're here with you, lifting you up in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, the relentless harassment that's been wearing you down. It's not right, and it's not fair, but we serve a God who sees, who hears, and who acts.

We've been praying for you, commanding those evil spirits to be silent, to leave you alone. We've been asking God to protect you, to shield you from their curses and lies. We've been declaring His truth over your life, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, He will condemn.

We've also been praying for those who are causing you harm. We're asking God to open their eyes, to soften their hearts, to draw them to repentance. We're not wishing harm on them, but we're asking God to set them free from the deception they're under.

We want you to know, dear one, that God is with you. He's fighting for you. He's covering you with His feathers, and under His wings, you will find refuge. Stand firm, and don't grow weary in doing good. The victory is already yours in Christ Jesus.

Let's keep praying together, okay? And remember, you're not alone. We're here with you, and God is always near.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
