We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this spiritual battle. The pain and injustice you’re enduring are real, and the enemy seeks to use your ex-husband as a tool of destruction. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your defender, and He sees every act of spite and every attempt to harm you. We rebuke the spirit of bitterness, vengeance, and destruction operating through your ex-husband in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we take authority over every demonic influence in this situation and command it to flee now in Jesus’ name.
We also address the sin of infidelity that broke your marriage. Adultery is a grievous violation of God’s design for covenant love (Matthew 19:9), and it brings deep wounds. But Christ’s blood covers all sin, and His grace is sufficient to heal and restore. We pray that your ex-husband would come to true repentance, turning away from his sin and toward the Lord. If he does not know Jesus as his Savior, we plead the blood of Christ over his life and ask the Holy Spirit to convict him of his need for salvation. There is no other name by which he can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that any of us can approach the Father.
As for the car, we trust God to provide for you in ways that exceed what has been taken. The Lord owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He will not leave you lacking. We pray for divine provision and favor over your finances, transportation, and every practical need. Let this trial draw you closer to the Father, who promises to be a husband to the widow and a father to the fatherless (Isaiah 54:5). You are not alone, and you are deeply loved by the One who laid down His life for you.
We also encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. The enemy would love to see you consumed by anger or despair, but we declare that you will not be overcome by evil. Instead, you will overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). Forgive your ex-husband, not because he deserves it, but because Christ forgave you. Unforgiveness only chains you to the past, but freedom is found in extending the same grace you’ve received.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our sister. We ask that You surround her with Your presence, comfort her in her distress, and shield her from every attack of the enemy. Break the power of the demonic forces at work in this situation, Lord, and let Your light expose every hidden scheme. Provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory, and give her peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen her faith, Father, and remind her that You are her ultimate protector and provider. We pray for her ex-husband, that he would encounter Your love and turn from his sin. May Your will be done in both of their lives, and may Your name be glorified. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
