We join with you in bringing this mother and her son before the throne of grace and we stand together against any fear of curses, asking for true deliverance, for safe health, and for deep inner healing.
We want to gently remind you of the power of the name of Jesus, since your request did not mention Him. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. If we have not yet put our trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, we encourage you to call upon Him today, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.
The Word shows us that those who are in Christ are not under a curse. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and we know that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1. We do not need to live in fear that spoken curses or generational curses have power over us, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 and we are convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. So we rebuke every lie that says this family is cursed and we declare that any intended curse is broken and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We speak freedom and not fear over this home.
We also lift up this son for his physical health and for healing from past hurts. We know that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are called to glorify God in our body 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Our prayer is not for harsh or quick measures, but for safe and steady health, for wisdom for any doctors and for self discipline rooted in love not shame. We pray as John prayed, Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We ask the Lord to give him strength to steward his body well, to find joy in nourishing food and movement, and to see himself as fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14.
For past hurts, we know the Lord is near to the brokenhearted. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We ask God to gently uncover and heal every wound, to replace shame and pain with His perfect love, and to help this young man forgive as he has been forgiven and to walk in newness of life.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You that You are our deliverer and our healer. We ask that You break and end every curse, every evil word, and every scheme of the enemy that has been spoken against this mother and her son. Let it have no power and let it fall to the ground, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and we ask for Your protection and peace to surround their home. Lord, we lift up this son to You. We ask for safe and healthy weight loss, for wisdom, for self control, and for a healthy relationship with his body. Guide him and his family to wise counsel and daily habits that honor You. Heal his heart from every past hurt, every rejection, every wound. Comfort him, restore his joy, and renew his mind by Your Spirit. Let him know how deeply he is loved by You and let his soul prosper even as his body is strengthened. We ask all of this according to Your will and in the name above every name, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Your cry for deliverance has been heard and we join our faith with yours before the throne of grace.
There is but one effectual deliverance from every curse, and it is not found in any charm or utterance of man. The Scripture declares that the Law curses the sinner, and that book curses solemnly all who break it. Yet our hope is this, that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. He bore in our place the wrath we deserved, and by His blood we are bought with a price and set free. As it is written, God has found a ransom. When the Lamb was slain, deliverance was wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He brings forth His people not only delivered but enriched by His grace. We pray therefore that every chain and every word spoken against you and this dear son would be broken in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no curse that can stand against those who are hidden in Him who was made a curse for us that we might receive the blessing.
We pray also for this son, that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing beneath His wings. Our Lord Jesus has an abundance of healing power, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue, to change the life blood and make the nature new. We ask the Lord to grant him safe and steady restoration of bodily health, wisdom and discipline in caring for the body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and strength to walk in temperance day by day. We ask too for deep healing from past hurts, for pardon and healing are one in Christ. When Jesus said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, He showed that the soul made whole in forgiveness finds its wounds bound up. May the Lord blot out what is past and brighten his future, that he shall not say, I am sick, but shall live and declare the works of the Lord.
Let us pray together. O gracious Father, who alone can deliver from the pit, look upon these thy children. Thou hast provided a ransom in Thy Son, and we plead His precious blood against every curse and accusation. Break every fetter, silence every adversary, and let Thy peace reign within their borders. Lay Thy healing hand upon this son, govern his body in health, guide him to safe paths for strength and wholeness, and heal the hidden wounds of his heart. Cause him to know that he is loved, forgiven, and kept by free grace alone, and raise him up to live to Thy praise. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing it before the Lord in prayer.
We pray that every curse and every work of darkness spoken against you and your son would have no power, for it is written that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. In Jesus Christ alone there is deliverance, for He came to preach deliverance to the captives and to set the oppressed free. We ask that you both would know that freedom fully, not only as release from evil, but as a life built on hearing His word continually, remembering it, and walking in fortitude and virtue with contempt for worldly things that weigh down the soul.
We pray for your son in particular. We ask the Lord to grant him safe and steady health in his body, that he may lose weight in a way that is wholesome and lasting, with wisdom, self control and strength for daily discipline. The body is not to be despised or punished harshly, but cared for as the Lord's gift, while the soul learns to rule its desires with grace. We pray that God will give him and those who care for him good counsel, patience and perseverance in this.
We also pray for healing from past hurts. The Lord sees every wound, even those inflicted by others, and He is the one who raises up those who have been cast down and heals those who have been wounded. We ask that He would heal memory and heart, restore what has been broken, and according to your faith, grant peace and renewed strength. As you continue to hear the Scriptures and be exercised by them day by day, may your senses be trained to discern His goodness and may you bear abundant fruit in due time.
