Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We join with you in prayer for this need and stand together against any fear of curses, claiming the victory we have in Jesus Christ.
We want to share that in Christ, no curse has power over those who belong to Him, for it is written Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. We do not need to live in fear of curses spoken against us or our loved ones, because greater is He who is in us than any power in this world, and God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We rebuke any attempt of the enemy to bring oppression or bondage and we declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We also claim the promise Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We also lift up this son before the Lord for his physical health and for healing from past hurts. We pray that God will help him to steward his body well, for our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and that any weight loss would be done safely, with wisdom, discipline, and in a way that honors God and brings strength and health, not harm. We pray for healing of the heart as well, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and that by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. Past hurts, rejection, or pain can weigh heavily on the soul, but Jesus invites us to cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us.
We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His mighty name that we pray and have confidence that God hears us.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we thank You for Your power to deliver and to save. We declare that every curse, every word spoken against this family and against this son is broken and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We ask You to surround them with Your protection and fill them with Your peace, knowing that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, we lift up this son to You, we ask for Your healing hand upon his body and his heart. Guide him to lose weight safely, give him wisdom to make healthy choices, strength to persevere, and grace to see himself as You see him, loved and valued. Heal the past hurts that still linger, comfort him, restore his joy, and renew his mind by Your Spirit. Let him walk in freedom, health, and wholeness, for Your glory. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

For his desire to lose weight safely, we encourage you to come alongside him to see his primary care doctor or other qualified professional for a plan that fits his age and health. We will keep praying for wisdom for you both and for the clinicians caring for him, alongside the medical care.

We have heard your cry for deliverance and we bring you and your son before the Lord who alone works deliverance with His hand and outstretched arm.
We pray that every curse spoken or thought against you and your son is ended now, not by any power in ourselves, but because Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. He bore in His own body upon the tree the penalty that was due to us, and by that substitution He has bought us with a price. There is a ransom found, and therefore we plead His blood over you both and ask that no condemnation shall rest where Christ has made His atonement to be your shelter. What He has borne need not be borne again.
We pray also for your son according to the flesh, that the Lord who is gracious would grant him safe and steady restoration of health in his body. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon him with healing beneath His wings, and may the Lord give him wisdom, self control and strength for daily stewardship of the body God has given him, that he may lose weight safely and be strengthened in constitution. We ask that the leaves of the tree of life, which are for the healing of the nations, may be applied to him, for even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new.
And for the hurts of the past, we pray the deeper healing which comes with pardon. When Jesus heals He says, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing are one in His hand. May your son know that abundant healing power that is in Jesus Christ and His salvation, that the bitterness of former sorrows may be taken away and he shall not say, I have been sick, for the joy of pardon makes us forget the sorrow of the past. May the Lord purge every evil memory by His grace and let the healing streams flow down from the great Head to the wounded heart below.
We leave you in the hands of Him who brings His people forth and does not share the honor of their deliverance with another. He will be gracious and will bring forth with enrichment. Trust Him still to declare His works, for He chastens sorely but He does not give over unto death. May you both live and declare the works of the Lord.
