We join with you in prayer for deliverance and healing for you and your son and we stand together against any fear of curses in Jesus' name.
We want to encourage you with the truth that for those who are in Christ, no curse can ultimately stand against us, for Christ has already overcome every power of darkness. Scripture tells us Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1. We also cling to the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. If there has been any involvement with the occult, unforgiveness, or fear that has given the enemy a foothold, we encourage repentance and turning fully to Jesus, for He alone is our deliverer and shield. We do not need to live in fear of spoken curses when we are covered by the blood of Jesus.
We also lift up your son before the Lord for his physical and emotional healing. We pray for safe and healthy weight loss, remembering that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and we are called to honor God with our bodies through self-control, nourishment, and stewardship rather than through harsh or harmful means. We pray that God will give him wisdom, discipline, and strength to care for his body in a way that brings health and energy, as it is written Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. And for the past hurts he carries, we pray for the deep healing only God can give, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We ask that the Lord would replace pain and rejection with His perfect love, and remind your son that nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39.

We pray for this dear son, that You would guide him to lose weight safely and in a healthy way, giving him strength to make wise choices, perseverance, and a sound mind. Heal him from past hurts, Lord, bind up every wound, wash away shame and sorrow, and fill his heart with Your love and identity in Christ. Restore joy and hope and help him to walk in wholeness. We are reminded that our deliverance from the curse is not by any moral change in us but by a redemptive work for us. Scripture declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, that the blessing might come upon us through Him. No curse pronounced by man can stand where the blood of Christ has been applied, for God has found a ransom. He has invented and provided the way of deliverance through His own Son who bore the penalty in our place. Therefore we pray that every curse spoken against you and your son would be shown to be powerless and ended now through the finished work of Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation. May you know that deliverance from a cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He will bring forth His people with His own power.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord who is the great Healer would lay His healing hand upon him. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are one in Christ. We ask that the Lord would grant him safe and steady restoration in his body, that he may lose weight in a way that is healthful and sustaining, as a good steward of the body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We pray that the leaves of the tree of life, which are for the healing of the nations, would bring healing to his wounds of the past, for even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change the life and make the nature new. May overwhelming evidence of past hurts be met with overwhelming grace, and may he not need to say, I am sick, for the joy of pardon makes us forget the sorrow of the past.
We pray that God would be gracious to him and say, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. May all his past sin be blotted out and his future brighten into the hope of eternal glory, and may he declare the works of the Lord after his affliction and deliverance. May the Lord chasten no more than is needed, and may He bring forth healing that is both inward and outward, for soul and body.
