We join with you in prayer for deliverance and we stand together against any curse or evil spoken against you and your son, declaring that in Christ those curses have no authority and are broken now.
We are reminded of the truth that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We do not need to live in fear of curses, spells, or words spoken against us, for greater is He who is in us than any power in this world, and the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. We rebuke any assignment of the enemy against you and your son and we declare freedom in Jesus name. We also pray that you would not give place to fear but would rest in the protection of the Lord, for we are convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39.
We also lift up your son before the Lord for his physical and emotional healing. We pray for him to lose weight safely and in a way that honors God and brings strength to his body. We remember that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in us, whom we have from God, and we are not our own, for we were bought with a price, therefore we glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which are God’s 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray for wisdom, self control, discipline and grace for him to steward his health well, and we pray as the apostle prayed, Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We ask the Lord to guide him to safe and healthy habits, to give him strength and encouragement, and to protect him from any harmful or extreme measures.
We also pray for deep healing from past hurts, for the Lord is the one who heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We ask God to bring comfort to every painful memory, to wash away shame and sorrow, to teach forgiveness where needed, and to replace hurt with His peace that surpasses understanding. May your son know how deeply he is loved and valued by God, created with purpose and worth.

We declare that every curse, every evil word, and every plan of the enemy against our dear one and her son is broken and ended now by the blood of Jesus. We command any oppression to leave and we ask You to surround this family with Your protection, Your angels, and Your peace. Lord we lift up this son to You, touch his body and help him to lose weight safely according to Your wisdom, give him strength to make healthy choices, heal his metabolism and his heart, and heal the deep hurts of his past. Bind up his wounds, restore his joy, and let him walk in wholeness and confidence as Your child. Fill this home with Your presence and let Your love cast out all fear. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our only hope and salvation, amen.

We have heard your burden and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace, for there is a greater deliverance than any earthly trouble can require.
You ask for an end to curses, and the word of God gives us sure ground for such a prayer. The Scripture declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. It is not by a moral change in us alone, but by a redemptive work for us, by His blood, that slaves are set free. As those who looked to the brazen serpent found life and healing in that look, so there is life from sin and from the curse by looking to Him who was made sin for us. We pray therefore that you and your son would know in full this substitution, that every accusation and every curse of the law and of the enemy would be shown to be broken at the cross, and that you would rest in the certainty of that ransom which God Himself has found and proclaimed.
We pray also for your son, for safe and steady strengthening of his body and for healing from past hurts. The promise is that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We ask the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness, to rise upon him with healing in His wings, to heal both body and spirit, to give wisdom for the care of his body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and to apply that pardoning and healing hand where wounds of the past still ache. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction in Christ, and we ask that as sin is pardoned, the heart would be made whole.
May the Lord who alone works deliverance with His hand and outstretched arm bring you out of this captivity as He brought Israel forth of old, not sharing His honor with another, but willingly assenting to His salvation. He who has delivered His people from worse enemies by a greater salvation is able to keep and to restore. We pray that you would see His faithful chastening and His tender healing together, and that after this affliction you may live and declare the works of the Lord.
We commit you both to Him who has found a ransom, trusting that deliverance is certain because God Himself has accomplished it. May you look continually to Jesus, and find in His wounds your healing and in His death your life.
