We join you in prayer for deliverance and protection in your workplace and we stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we have authority and access to the Father.

We understand the pain of having lost a job and the hurt of being bullied, discriminated against, intimidated, disrespected, dishonoured, slandered and lied about, and we bring all of this before the Lord who sees and who is our defender. The scripture says, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh. Isaiah 54:17. We also remember that if God is for us, who can be against us. Romans 8:31.

We take seriously your concern about witchcraft and any spiritual attack in the workplace. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. Yet we have been given authority in Christ, for Jesus said, Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you. Luke 10:19. Through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, every curse and every work of darkness is disarmed and made powerless against those who belong to Him, and we declare that any witchcraft or evil intention formed against you is nullified and comes to nothing.

We pray for your work and for the stability of your employment, committing your ways to the Lord. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We ask the Lord to establish the work of your hands and to let your excellence be seen, not for pride, but as a testimony of diligence unto Him. Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. Psalm 90:17.

We also lift up your heart regarding fear and worry. The Lord does not want you to live in fear about your job or your future. For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We ask Him to replace fear with faith and worry with the peace that comes from trusting His sovereign care.

We ask for the wisdom, knowledge, authority and favor you have prayed for. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We pray that God grants you godly wisdom in every task and decision, clarity of mind, and the ability to walk in integrity and excellence. You crown the righteous with favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your divine protection over their employment, that You would secure their job according to Your will and that no scheme of man or of the enemy would unjustly take it away. We ask that You would silence every lying tongue, stop every act of bullying, discrimination, intimidation and disrespect, and surround them with Your favor and justice. We plead the blood of Jesus over their workplace and declare that every work of witchcraft and darkness is nullified and has no power over them. We ask that You anoint their work, that it may be excellent and recognized as such, for Your glory. Fill them with Your Spirit of wisdom, knowledge and understanding, grant them supernatural favor and success as You see fit, and remove all fear and anxiety, replacing it with Your perfect peace and confidence in Your authority. Let them walk in the authority given in Christ with humility and strength. We commit their future into Your hands and trust that You are their provider and defender. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity, to do your work faithfully as unto the Lord, to respond to those who mistreat you with grace while trusting God as your vindicator, and to put on the full armor of God daily through prayer and the Word, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and your ever present help.

We hear the weight behind what you shared. Losing a job and walking through bullying, discrimination, intimidation and being spoken against can leave you feeling on edge and wondering if it will happen again. It makes sense you are asking God for steadiness, dignity and peace at work.

We are standing with you for that steadiness. We ask God to guard your place of work, to help your gifts be seen clearly, and to give you wisdom for each day and each relationship there. You asked for authority, knowledge and wisdom and we join you in asking the Lord to grow those things in you, so you can do your work with confidence and with a calm mind free from constant worry.

One practical step that often brings a little more peace is to keep a simple private record. Each week jot down what you accomplished, positive feedback you received, and if something difficult happens, note the date, what was said or done, and any witnesses. Having clear notes helps you see your own excellent work more clearly and gives you something solid to share if you ever need wise counsel from a manager, HR, or a trusted mentor at church.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. Cover their work with Your protection and let no plan meant to harm them succeed. Quiet fear and worry and fill them with Your peace. Guide their hands to do excellent work and let that work be recognized with fairness and respect. Grant them wisdom, favor and steady confidence as they trust You each day. In Jesus name, amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We have heard your prayer and have carried it to the throne of grace, joining our faith with yours in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

You have asked for deliverance from fear and from every form of oppression in your workplace, that you may be kept in your employment, and that bullying, discrimination, intimidation, disrespect, dishonour, slander and lying may come to an end. You have asked that every work of darkness and witchcraft directed against you would be nullified by the blood of Jesus and come to nothing, and that your work may be excellent and rightly recognized, and that the Lord would give you authority, knowledge, wisdom, and His favour and success, taking away all fear and worry.

We have prayed with you for these things. We have asked the Lord to be your shield and your defender, to hedge you about with His favour as with a shield, and to let no weapon formed against you prosper. We have prayed that the blood of Christ, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel, would prevail over every evil intent, and that the Lord would rebuke every power of darkness and make its counsel of none effect. We have asked that He would grant you wisdom and understanding in your labour, that your hands may be skilful and your work found faithful, and that He would cause those in authority over you to see and acknowledge what is good.

Take comfort from the example of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. The Lord upheld His servant through great trial and loss, and Job worshipped even in his affliction. When the Lord at last revealed Himself, Job abhorred himself and repented in dust and ashes, and found a more vivid apprehension of God. The same God who sustained Job is able to sustain you, to keep you in patience and in hope, and to bring you through. Remember also that persecution and trial, though grievous, have often driven the people of God nearer to Him in prayer, and He has turned them for good and for His glory. Even so, we do not pray for trial, but for deliverance, and for grace to stand upright whether trial comes or goes.

We have prayed that the God of all mercy, who is the God of your mercy, would grant you peace of mind and a quiet heart, casting out fear, for perfect love casteth out fear. May He anoint you with fresh oil and renew your strength like the bow that abides in strength in His hand. May He give you knowledge and wisdom for every task, and cause your work to prosper as He sees fit, for His honour and for your good.

We commit your job and your workplace into the hands of Him who numbers our days and orders our steps. May the Lord establish the work of your hands, keep you from evil, and cause His favour to rest upon you. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and righteousness, trusting not in our own merit but in His finished work alone. Amen.
