We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance and healing. Father God, we declare that the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son, has broken every curse and every chain that has sought to bind ### and her precious son. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every generational curse, every word spoken in darkness, every assignment of the enemy, and every spirit of infirmity that has tried to take root in their lives. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We stand on this truth, Lord, and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also lift up ###'s son before You, asking for Your divine intervention in his physical health. Father, we pray for safe and steady weight loss, guided by Your wisdom and Your Word. Remind him that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and that honoring You with his body includes caring for it in a way that reflects Your glory. Give him discipline, Lord, but also grace, as he seeks to align his habits with Your will. Surround him with godly influences who will encourage him in this journey, and provide him with the resources he needs to make wise choices.
But Lord, we know that healing is not just physical, it is also emotional and spiritual. We ask that You would heal the wounds of his past, whatever they may be. The enemy seeks to use pain as a foothold, but You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). Pour out Your love and comfort upon him, Lord. Let him know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that his worth is not defined by his struggles but by the price Jesus paid for him on the cross. Help him to forgive those who have hurt him, just as You have forgiven him (Colossians 3:13), and to release every burden at the foot of the cross.
Father, we also recognize that deliverance and healing are not one-time events but ongoing processes. We ask that You would draw ### and her son closer to You, that they would seek Your face daily and find their strength in Your presence. Remind them that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). Let them walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them, free from shame, free from fear, and free from every lie of the enemy.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we can come before You. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You, Lord, that You hear our prayers and that You are already at work in their lives. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving in powerful ways. We trust You, Father, and we give You all the glory. Amen.

Your request has been laid before the throne of grace and we join our faith with yours in seeking the Lord who alone works deliverance with an outstretched arm.
There is no curse that can stand against those who are in Christ Jesus, for it is written that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. It is the essence of all those curses declared on Mount Ebal, the rolling thunder of threatened wrath, that fell upon Him when He hung upon the tree, that we might go free. Our deliverance is not by a moral change in us but by a redemptive work for us, by His being slain and buying us with a price. So we pray that every curse spoken or intended against you and your son is ended now, not by our power but by the blood of the Lamb slain. May you know that He has found a ransom and that sinner, doubting no more, may rest in this, that He was made sin for us that we might live.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds would lay His gracious hand upon him. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. Oh that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one. May the great Physician heal the hurts of the past, take away the terror and the reproach of former days, and give him to meditate not on sorrow but on mercy world without end. God only can break the heart, and God only can heal it, and He does it apart from all other means by His own free grace.
For his body we ask the Lord to grant wisdom and safe guidance, that he may lose weight in a way that is healthful and honoring to God, whose temple our bodies are. Give him strength for discipline, sound counsel from those who care for the body, and a steady mind to walk in ways that nourish and restore, not for vanity but for stewardship and gratitude before the Lord.
May He bring you forth as He brought Israel forth, enriched and upheld, and may you find that if you ever rise from despondency you will not dare to take an atom of the honor of deliverance to yourself, but will ascribe it all to Him who brings His people forth. May you come often to His Word and to His table and find it always fresh, and know the quiet deliverance from fear that comes when the Lord Himself moves to save.

We pray that the power of Christ, who alone is our salvation and deliverance, would be your confidence and protection. Scripture teaches that Christ redeemed us from the curse, and that no curse can stand against those who are in Him. We ask the Father in the name of Jesus to break and end every evil word, curse, or intention spoken against you and your son, and to guard you by His grace. We pray you will not turn to diviners or other empty powers, but will rest entirely in the Lord who heals and keeps, and who makes even loss to become gain for those who trust Him.
We also lift up your son before the Lord. We ask God to grant him health in body and soul, wisdom and self control to lose weight safely and in a way that honors God and strengthens his body, and grace for daily perseverance. We pray for his healing from past hurts, that the Lord who is the true physician would bind up his wounds.
