We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our faith—salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no deliverance, no healing, no breaking of curses except through the power of the blood of Jesus. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you or your loved ones have not surrendered your lives to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Now, we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every curse spoken against you and your son. The Bible declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We rebuke every generational curse, every word spoken in anger or hatred, every spiritual oppression, and every assignment of the enemy against your lives. We command these curses to be nullified and rendered powerless in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has already paid the price for your freedom—walk in it!

For your son’s weight loss and physical healing, we pray that the Lord would grant him discipline, wisdom, and strength. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." We ask the Holy Spirit to guide him in making healthy choices, to renew his mind with godly habits, and to surround him with accountability and encouragement. May his body respond to this season of change with vitality and energy, and may the Lord protect him from discouragement or unhealthy extremes.

We also lift up his healing from past hurts. The enemy would love to keep him bound in pain, bitterness, or unforgiveness, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). We pray that the Lord would heal every wound, mend every broken place, and replace lies with His truth. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." May your son encounter the love of Christ in a fresh way, experiencing His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he will walk in the fullness of the freedom Christ died to give him.

Father God, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your power to break every chain. We declare that Your will is done in the lives of this family. Strengthen them to walk in holiness, to resist the enemy, and to stand firm in their identity in Christ. May they experience Your healing touch in every area of their lives—spirit, soul, and body. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee will bow. Amen.

We're standing with you and your son in prayer today. We've been reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe God is near, and He's listening to our prayers.

We're claiming 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 over your son's life, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." We ask that God would give him the strength to overcome every challenge, to renew his mind, and to walk in the freedom and victory that Jesus purchased for him.

We're also praying for a spirit of forgiveness to rest upon him. We're claiming Ephesians 4:32, "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." We ask that any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness would be replaced with love, peace, and joy.

We're believing for a double portion of God's favor and blessing in his life. We're claiming Malachi 4:6, "And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." We ask that your son would experience a deep, loving connection with you and with God, and that he would walk in the fullness of the blessing and purpose God has for him.

We're praying all these things in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
