We hear your cry for help and stand with you in spiritual warfare, for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against your mind, your peace, and your spiritual well-being in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. There is no deliverance or victory outside of Jesus Christ. The Bible declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is the first step to true deliverance. If you have already done this, we encourage you to reaffirm your faith and stand firm on the promises of God.
The attacks you describe are not of God. The Bible warns us about the works of darkness, including sorcery, which is explicitly condemned: "Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom" (Galatians 5:19-21 WEB). Sorcery is a direct rebellion against God, and we must take authority over it in Jesus' name.
We also recognize that the enemy often masquerades as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14 WEB), and what you describe as an attack may be a spiritual oppression that requires both prayer and discernment. The Bible tells us to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7 WEB). We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17 WEB). Prayer and fasting are also powerful tools in breaking spiritual strongholds (Mark 9:29 WEB).
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. Lord, You are the God who delivers, the God who breaks every chain, and the God who sets the captives free. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We break every curse, every spell, and every assignment of the enemy against their mind, body, and spirit in the name of Jesus. We command every spirit of sorcery, witchcraft, and divination to flee now and never return. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, their thoughts, and their emotions. Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Let Your light shine in the darkness and expose every hidden work of the enemy.
Father, we ask that You surround them with Your angels to protect and guard them. Give them discernment to recognize the schemes of the enemy and the wisdom to walk in Your ways. Strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm on Your word. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB).
Lord, if there are any areas in their life where they have unknowingly opened doors to the enemy, reveal them and help them to repent and renounce those things. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your presence be their comfort and their strength.
We thank You, Father, for Your deliverance and for setting them free. We trust in Your power and Your promises. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be surrounded by fellow believers who can pray with you and support you. The enemy thrives in isolation, but God has called us to community. Confess your struggles to trusted believers and allow them to stand with you in prayer. Renew your mind daily with the word of God, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Meditate on scriptures that speak of God’s protection and deliverance, such as Psalm 91, Psalm 34, and 2 Timothy 1:7.
Do not engage with or fear the works of darkness. Instead, take authority over them in the name of Jesus. Speak the word of God boldly and declare your freedom in Christ. Remember, "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you. Walk in the victory that Christ has already won for you on the cross.
