We understand that you're struggling with feelings of anger and resentment towards your ###'s arrogant behavior, which you've noted he learned from his dad. It's important to remember that we are to put off the old self, which belongs to our former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of our minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness (Ephesians 4:22-24 WEB).
Firstly, we need to address the anger you're experiencing. Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB says, "Be angry, yet don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's important to deal with your anger in a godly way and not let it fester or lead you to sin. Pray for grace to forgive your ### and his dad, just as God has forgiven you. Remember, forgiveness is not saying that what they're doing is right, but it's releasing the offense to God and trusting Him to deal with it.
Now, let's pray for your ###. It's clear that he needs a change of heart, which only God can bring about. Psalm 51:10 WEB says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me." Pray for his arrogance to be replaced with humility. 1 Peter 5:5 WEB says, "...all of you clothe yourselves with humility, to subject yourselves to one another; for 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'"

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister who is struggling with anger towards her ###. Lord, we ask that You help her to forgive and release these offenses to You. We pray for Your grace to help her deal with her anger in a godly way.
Lord, we also lift up her ### to You. We pray that You will create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him. We pray against the spirit of arrogance and we ask that You will clothe him with humility. We ask for him to have a relationship with Jesus Christ IJN, to save him from his sins and lead him in the way everlasting.
We also pray for his dad, that You will change his heart too, and help him to set a godly example for his son. We pray for him to have a relationship with Jesus Christ IJN, to save him from his sins and lead him in the way everlasting.
Lord, we ask that You will help our sister to be a godly influence in their lives, showing them the love of Christ and the path of humility. We ask for your salvation to come to them. We know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, you can't change your ### or his dad, but God can. Continue to pray for them and trust God to work in their lives. In the meantime, make sure you're not allowing their behavior to cause you to sin in your own anger. Keep your heart right before God, and He will honor it.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
