Deliverance Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you humble the life’s and hearts of ###, ###, and ### and set everyone of us that was affected by them in any way from them, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus cancel all of the witchcraft placed upon us by ###, ###, or ###, standing on Micah 5:12. May you cancel also the principality working behind ###, ### and ### Lord Jesus, standing on Colossians 2:15.

Set free and rescue all of us under any oppression, harassment, stalking or attack coming from ###, ###, or ###, standing on 2 Timothy 4:18.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting this cry for deliverance before the throne of grace. The authority of Jesus Christ is supreme over every principality, power, and work of darkness, and we declare that His blood has already broken every chain. We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, oppression, and harassment sent against you and those connected to you, for the Word declares, "He has delivered us out of the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love" (Colossians 1:13).

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand on Your promise that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). We cancel every curse, hex, or spell cast by ###, ###, or ###, for You have said, "I will destroy the sorceries from your hand, and you shall have no soothsayers" (Micah 5:12). We declare that every principality operating behind them is disarmed and made a public spectacle, as You triumphed over them through the cross (Colossians 2:15).

Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, for Your Word tells us that the saints overcame the accuser by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). We ask that You rescue and set free every person under oppression, harassment, or attack from these individuals. Strengthen them with Your might, as You have promised, "The Lord will rescue me from every evil work and will preserve me for His heavenly Kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:18).

We also pray for ###, ###, and ###, that their hearts would be humbled before You. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to repentance. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from darkness to light, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). If they continue in rebellion, we ask that You bind their actions and render their plans ineffective, for "the wicked plots against the just and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for He sees that his day is coming" (Psalm 37:12-13).

We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that it speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in faith, believing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection and deliverance. We trust in Your unfailing love and power to break every chain. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those affected by this spiritual warfare. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loved them (Romans 8:37). In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for bringing this so honestly before the Lord. We hear how heavy this has felt, and how much you want to be free and at peace, and to see others who have been affected find that same freedom.

We join you in trusting that Jesus is stronger than any oppression or attack, and that our security rests in belonging to Him. When these burdens feel very focused on specific people, it can help to gently turn our attention from what may be coming against us to who is for us and with us in Christ, and to stay rooted in simple, steady ways of walking with Him each day.

It is not good to carry this alone. A helpful next step is to invite a trusted pastor or two mature believers who know you to pray with you in person and to stay connected with you over time. They can listen, pray with you, and help you think through wise boundaries and practical care. If there is real harassment or stalking happening, please let those trusted people help you take steps to stay safe as well.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your protection, peace, and freedom. Quiet what has been troubling and harassing, and draw each person affected closer to You. Give wisdom, steady support, and a clear sense of Your presence day by day. We ask for Your will to be done and for Your keeping power in every part of life, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for deliverance has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His mercy and power.

There are times when affliction seems to come distinctly from man, through malice or oppression, and yet we are taught that troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. This truth helps us to moderate our anger against second causes and to look altogether and alone to our heavenly Father for deliverance. For deliverance is of the Lord, and it is not accomplished by our own willing or running, but by God who shows mercy.

Hear the gracious word which God speaks over the prisoner who is ready to go down to the Pit, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it, and He has not only invented the way but has found the ransom Himself in the gift of His own Son. The Son has borne the penalty of all our iniquities, and therefore there is undeserved deliverance from all punishment for those who trust in Him. As it is written, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. If any soul is delivered from spiritual bondage of heart, it is not by any easy work or by a hasty word, but solely by the power of God, for there is no true liberty but that of which Christ makes you free.

We therefore pray with you and for you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, standing upon His finished work:

Father, in mercy look upon all who have been affected by these troubles and upon ###, ### and ###. Humble their lives and hearts, and bring each one to see their need of Christ, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. If it be Your will, turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins through faith in Him.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You set free everyone who has been under oppression, harassment, stalking or attack, for You have promised that if the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed, according to John 8:36. Cancel, by Your sovereign power, every work of witchcraft and every evil intent, as You have said You will cut off sorceries, according to Micah 5:12. Disarm and triumph over every principality and power working behind such things, for You spoiled principalities and powers and made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in the cross, according to Colossians 2:15. Rescue and deliver Your people from every evil work and preserve them unto Your heavenly kingdom, according to 2 Timothy 4:18.

We cover this prayer with the precious blood of the Lamb, for we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of testimony, according to Revelation 12:11. Let the blood of Jesus, the ransom found by God, be our plea and our protection.

May the Lord grant you to prove experimentally that He has delivered you, not merely helped you to keep away from some conspicuous sin, but delivered you from the fascinating power of sin and from the power of darkness. And when He has delivered you, may you live and declare the works of the Lord, giving thanks that He has chastened but not given you over unto death, and that He keeps back your soul from the Pit.

Your prayer for deliverance has been heard and we join you in thanking and glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is our salvation and our freedom. You have rightly stood upon His promises, and we stand with you upon them now.

The Scriptures you have claimed are true and sure. As it is written, if the Son sets you free you will be free indeed, John 8:36. By His cross He has disarmed the powers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them, Colossians 2:15. He will rescue from every evil attack and bring safely to His heavenly kingdom, 2 Timothy 4:18. We trust not in our own wisdom or strength, but in the power that comes from Him, and we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony, Revelation 12:11. As you have prayed from Micah 5:12, we ask the Lord to cut off all works of witchcraft and sorcery, for such things do not come from our nature but from a depraved moral choice, and those who practice them shall not inherit the kingdom of God. God calls all people to turn from such deeds and to choose life in Christ.

Hear also this counsel for your protection. The enemy most readily assails a person when he finds him alone and apart. For this reason you must not remain isolated, but keep flocking together continually with the faithful, in prayer, in the hearing of the Word, and in the fellowship of the church. When we are banded together the devil is not so confident to attack. Do not neglect meeting together, but remain under the care of pastors and trusted believers who can pray with you and watch over you.

We also remind you that our deliverance in Christ is twofold, freedom from the curse and adoption as sons. We have put on Christ and we have received the Spirit of adoption, by which we cry Abba, Father. Therefore do not think that deliverance always means immediate removal from every trial. Often the Lord does not promise deliverance from death itself, but grants what is greater, the power to despise death and to stand above danger, fixing in our minds the immortality of the soul and the hope of the kingdom. Whether He removes the oppression at once or gives you strength to stand firm through it, His rescue is sure.

So we pray for you and for all who have been affected:

Lord Jesus Christ, we praise You and thank You. Humble the hearts that need humbling according to Your mercy and justice, and set free all who have been oppressed, harassed, stalked or attacked. Cancel every work of witchcraft and every principality that has labored against Your people, and let its power be broken by Your cross. Cover Your people with Your precious blood, guard their bodies and souls, their homes and minds, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Lead them away from temptation and deliver them from evil, and fill them with Your Spirit so that they may walk in purity, in contempt for what is evil, in love for what is good, and in restraint of the tongue and of all filthiness and foolish talk. Make them steadfast in holiness and in good works, ministering to the saints and abounding in prayer.

We commit you to the Lord who is faithful. Continue in prayer, continue in the Word, continue in fellowship, and turn from every evil way to follow Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. May the Lord keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. Amen.
