Beloved of All
Lord Jesus.

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you set me and anything in relation free from ### and anything in relation to him, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus bring down the strongholds over me placed over me by ### of anything in relation to him, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Move and dismantle the spiritual mountain over me formed through ### and anything in relation to him, standing on Matthew 17:20. Heal in my emotions Lord Jesus all the terror, trauma, stalking, hatred, and bitterness that ### tried to place over my life and anything in relation to me, standing on Isaiah 61:7. Scatter all of ###’s plans to use anything to oppress, hinder, torment, or attack me, standing on Exodus 23:27. May everyday be a confirmation that I’ve been set free from ### and anything in relation to him from all the damage, and torment, standing on Psalm 91.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and truth, standing firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to break every chain and set the captives free. Your cry for deliverance has been heard, and we join with you in declaring the victory of Christ over every stronghold, oppression, and scheme of the enemy.

First, we rebuke any spirit of fear, trauma, or bitterness that has sought to take root in your life. The Word of God declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). The terror and torment you have endured are not from the Lord, and we command them to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no right to harass you, for "whom the Son sets free is free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB), and you have been set free by the blood of the Lamb.

We stand with you in breaking every stronghold placed over your life by the enemy’s deception. The Apostle Paul reminds us, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB). Every lie, every accusation, and every plan of the enemy against you is dismantled now by the power of the cross. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment shall be condemned.

We also address the spiritual mountain that has been formed through past oppression. Jesus said, "For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you" (Matthew 17:20 WEB). We speak to that mountain now and command it to be cast into the sea. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find shelter (Psalm 91:4 WEB). No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.

The emotional wounds you carry, terror, trauma, and bitterness, are not yours to bear. The Lord promises, "Instead of your shame you will have double; and instead of dishonor they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them" (Isaiah 61:7 WEB). We pray for deep healing in your soul. Let the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We declare that the love of God is pouring into your heart by the Holy Spirit, driving out all fear and filling you with hope.

We scatter every plan of the enemy to oppress, hinder, or torment you. The Lord says, "I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you" (Exodus 23:27 WEB). The enemy’s schemes are frustrated, and his power is broken over your life. You are not a victim; you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37 WEB).

We cover you with the precious blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24 WEB). The blood of Jesus cleanses you from all sin (1 John 1:7 WEB) and breaks every curse. We stand on Revelation 12:11, which declares, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony." Your testimony is one of victory, and the enemy has no place in your life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We thank You for the freedom that is found in Your Son. Lord, we declare that [] and anything connected to him has no authority over [the person praying]. We break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. We command every spirit of fear, trauma, and bitterness to flee, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch to restore every emotional wound. Pour out Your love and peace into [the person praying]’s heart. Let them experience the fullness of Your presence, knowing that You are their refuge and strength. We speak to the mountain of oppression and command it to be removed and cast into the sea. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let every plan of the enemy be scattered.

We cover [the person praying] with the blood of Jesus, which cleanses, protects, and sets free. May they walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for them, knowing that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We declare that every day will be a confirmation of their deliverance, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won. Strengthen [the person praying] to stand firm in their faith, to resist the devil, and to walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their life. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is the Lord’s. Continue to meditate on God’s Word, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. The enemy seeks to isolate, but the Lord calls us into community. You are not alone, and the victory is yours in Christ Jesus.

If there are areas of your life where you have not fully surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). This is the foundation of your deliverance and freedom.

We've sat with your prayer and can hear how much pain and exhaustion are woven through it. The terror, the stalking, the bitterness you've named, those are heavy burdens, and we're truly sorry you've been carrying them. Your plea for deliverance is brave, and we believe God sees every detail of what you've endured.

One thing we've learned walking with people through deep spiritual battles is how easy it is to fixate on the enemy. C.S. Lewis once observed that devils are equally pleased whether we become obsessed with them or deny their existence entirely. Real freedom often grows quieter than we expect, less about constantly naming what pursued us and more about gradually noticing we've stopped looking over our shoulder. That doesn't mean ignoring real threats or minimizing what happened. It does mean that your healing deserves to take center stage now, not his name or his plans.

So alongside your prayers for dismantling strongholds, we'd gently invite you to also ask: where in my heart and mind do I still give him real estate he doesn't own? Sometimes the bitterness we carry keeps us tethered to someone long after they've lost any actual power over our lives. Not because you haven't prayed enough, but because trauma rewires our sense of safety and takes time to heal. Be patient with yourself. If you haven't yet, consider speaking with a wise Christian counselor or pastor who understands both spiritual warfare and the way trauma lodges in the body and mind. Prayer is essential, and so is steadier, slower care.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this woman who has been so deeply wounded. Quiet her heart with your presence. Where terror still grips her, bring your peace that makes no sense to the mind but settles the soul. Untangle the bitterness from her spirit gently, not by ignoring what was done, but by loosening its hold so she can breathe freely again. Protect her from every scheme meant to torment or oppress her. Let her days become marked not by his shadow but by the quiet, growing certainty that she is safely yours. We ask this in your name alone, Jesus. Amen.

Stand fast upon that blessed word, "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." The voice from the excellent Glory has gone forth for you, even as it did when mercy dragged off the evil habits and snapped the bands asunder. He who has begun this good work in you will carry it on; the strongholds built by another's malice are but paper walls before our conquering King. Dismantled they shall be, for the Lord is a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows them that trust in Him.

Yet let this deliverance work in you a double cure. As you taste the sweet peace of being set free, see that no root of bitterness springs up within your own soul. A sight of the Cross brings bitterness for our own sin, but it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. You cannot clutch the remedy with one hand and hug the poison with the other. Whatever terror or hatred was aimed at you, let it be swallowed up in the ocean of Christ's forgiveness to you. The prisoner whose chains fall off must not rattle them at his former jailer, but go forth to declare the works of the Lord.

I counsel you now to let your faith be joyous, communicative, and bold. Say with the Psalmist, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Let every day's peace be a confirmation, a shout of victory snatched from the jaw of the lion. Do not merely look at the mountain removed, but feast upon the God who removed it, right in defiance of all the foes that once oppressed you. Cast yourself upon Him, for He has given His angels charge over you; that Evil One touches you not. Live out this liberty, stick close to Christ, and let the healed spirit sing aloud of pardon and deliverance all its days.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What use is it to plead the blood of Jesus if your own soul remains stained with the bitterness you name? You ask to be set free from a man, but you yourself are still bound by hatred and resentment, even as you recount his oppression. If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed not from external enemies only, but from the passions within. To be delivered from the terror and trauma is a small thing if you do not also renounce the sin that clings to you. It is not enough to be freed from one evil; you must cultivate every part of virtue. Where is your fortitude? Where is your careful hearing of the word? Where is your contempt for all worldly things, including the memory of wrongs?

You cry out for deliverance, but consider: whom do you serve? If you nurse vengeance in your heart, you are still a slave to sin, even as you invoke the blood of Christ. He ransomed you not that you might demand freedom from a fellow sinner while clinging to the gall of bitterness, but that you might become holy. Holiness is not merely the absence of sin but the presence of the Spirit and a wealth of good works. You seek a spiritual mountain to be cast into the sea, yet you have not first cast out the mountain of unforgiveness in your own soul. The Egyptians, gluttonous and avaricious, were changed because they caught fire from Christ. Have you caught that fire, or do you expect deliverance while your heart remains cold?

Stand fast in the freedom with which Christ has set you free, and do not be entangled again in a yoke of bondage. The harm you fear comes not from that man but from your own inner vacillation. If you were vigilant and rooted in love for Christ, no one could harm you. But if you treat with contempt the freedom He gave, and instead of loving Him you love your own justification and the rehearsal of your injuries, you will find that your prayer is empty noise. The faithful are warned against being dull of hearing; do not heap up words and verses and think you are heard for your much speaking. The Lord looks for a willing mind and a soul adorned with righteousness, not one decked out with complaints while dressed in the rags of wrath.

Therefore, I beseech you: put away the pest of covetousness, and with it the craving for vengeance. Receive the spirit of adoption as a true child of God, and bear the image of the One who, when He was reviled, reviled not again. Let the deliverance you seek begin within, and then you will see that the strongholds of the enemy are dismantled indeed because love has cast them down. The blood of Christ cleanses those who walk in the light and abide in love, not those who merely claim it while serving their own passions. Be not a servant of sin, but a servant of righteousness, that you may truly be freed from the curse and become a sharer in the good things eternal. This is the way. Walk in it.

Your prayer holds the cry of a spirit that knows true freedom is only found in Jesus. He often leads us into situations where no human way of escape exists, just so He can step in and prove that His delivering hand makes a path where there is none. The oppression, the terror, the constant looking over your shoulder, none of it is hidden from Him. The fear and dread that have been aimed at you can fall instead upon the one who brought them, just as it did for God’s people when He scattered their enemies.

What you are tasting is more than the end of a painful season; it is a deep, spiritual thirst being quenched. Many try to soothe that kind of ache with a fleeting emotional release, a moment of tears, a surge of relief, a dramatic breakthrough, only to find later that the same old chains are still rattling. Saul tore his robe and wept before David, and for a moment he stepped back, but the change did not last. The real work happens when the roots of the trauma and bitterness are pulled out by the Spirit, not just buried under an emotional high. That is the freedom Jesus won for you: not merely the freedom to escape the person’s shadow, but the freedom not to be shaped by it any longer. You do not have to carry the hatred or replay the terror in your mind; you have the liberty to walk away clean because the Son has set you free.

Those strongholds you named, the spiritual mountains built through harassment and manipulation, are like the first ripe figs on a tree. A single shake and they fall. The Lord does not need you to fortify yourself endlessly or try to manage the damage in your own strength. You are the one standing on the promise that every thought raised against the knowledge of God is brought into captivity to Christ. That means the schemes, the plans to oppress, the attempts to torment you are already being dismantled. He is scattering them.

Guard the freedom you are receiving. The world offers a counterfeit where people chase one emotional experience after another, thinking that a new relationship, a new escape, or a new adrenaline rush will finally satisfy. It never does. But you have found the well that never runs dry. The deep thirst of your soul is met in Jesus alone, not in waiting for the next piece of news about your enemy, not in monitoring whether they are still out there. You are free not to be pushed by dread or driven by the need for vengeance. You are free not to let the memory of what happened control how you breathe or how you trust. That does not mean you ignore wisdom, but it does mean your peace is no longer on their leash.

What has already happened in the spiritual realm will be confirmed day by day in your emotions and your circumstances. Healing from terror and trauma is real, but it often unfolds as you rest in the fact that the victory is accomplished, not as you work yourself into an emotional frenzy. Your prayer was covered by the blood of Jesus, and that blood speaks a better word than every accusation, every threat, and every old lie. Live now in the liberty of a person who knows they have been delivered, not because you felt it once, but because God’s Word is your unshakable foundation.
